if you truly had the impact you perceive yourself as having your win rate would be higher.
You occasionally pick off supports and spend 75% of the game time in sniper duels with equally shit tier snipers with a hit rate of less than 10% and rarely ever head shots.
The only thing you bring to the team is tying up the enemy sniper though that's a net loss because you tied yourself up to nullify someone so shit they're countered by simply moving.

Teleporter in the building in front, lob fat shots to keep them back, retreat into teleport house if scary, come out and surprise to catch people in the ass with your gun and dead friends
