Ults should actually have a cooldown. Its really retarded to see a mercy ult, heal for less than 30~45s and then ult again.
Hanzos can do this quite easily as well due to each arrow just randomly giving like 9 charge

I think it's more likely they're waiting to just do a massive ban wave all at once. That's how they usually roll with this stuff. Works better in WoW than for a competitive FPS, though.
Why is Tracer the only hero that I can reliably play well? I mean, there's Mercy too but she requires less skill and more awareness and compassion.
I love Pharah, but some days I can lead and direct hit like a mad cunt and others I couldn't hit a Pigstreet at face range.
Junkrat is my alternative to her (I like asplosions) but sometimes I just feel sluggish as fuck playing him.
Tracer, though. Always on point. I can always sense when to hit that recall right before widow's rifle goes off or before Hanzo looses that arrow. I can feel the enemy behind me and my dash is always off cooldown when I need it. I can flank and kill that Mercy, I can take that Browngirl out of the sky and stop that stupid cowboy from realizing what time it is.
I don't get why that stupid slag is my muse. The things I do with her... Oh, it's so fun.

This doesn't really do much. She's still going to get hit by Widow/Mccree/76 if she ults in a stupid position, I guess it stops 76 burst by stopping his rocket which is kind of a pain.

Learn/practice the standard close range combo, Right click->Melee->Dash(for the final kill). Have the mindset of an assassin, more specifically tracer; use your absurd mobility to never ever enter fair fights.

i think shes good in specific scenarios and in specific comps, but she has some clear strengths and weaknesses
first of all, i dont think she should be played as a solo tank
i find she is best with zarya on the front lines, soaking damage with shields and dealing good dps, or with winston, diving the back line and taking out priority targets
as a solo tank she is weak especially when compared to reinhardts raw mitigation or roadhogs utility and sustain
she is also fairly weak on defense
her ult is most useful when attacking, to clear an area on a point or cart before using your mobility to go in
as a character, her best strength as a tank is probably her large amount of armor
however, the benefit is almost nullified because of the size of her head hitbox, allowing dps like 76 to destroy her in seconds
her matrix is probably one of the best basic abilities in the game however, nullifying strong ultimates like mccree, pharah, reaper, and roadhog
ive heard they are looking into fixes for her, and i think she could use some quality of life changes

I agree with what you're saying in principle, from playing HotS I know how annoying it is when everyone ignores the objectives and just spends all their time chasing an enemy into their towers and dying. However, I honestly don't know how I'm meant to make a success of putting myself into the danger zone and getting blown up by a million spammed grenades or picked off by a pinkyshot from a sniper rifle.

D.VA's weapons drop off, causing her to be up close only, in addition they don't do that much damage compared to others, which means it will be harder for her to 1v1. Also she is slowed when firing which is something no other character has.
Her hitbox is huge as heck which means that anyone that shoots at her usually gets a headshot, and as both a healer keeping a D.VA alive and a D.VA she feels a lot of times like a DPS because she loses life so fast, but because she has so much life it takes time to top her health off. As a Mercy I can literally pour healing into her for seconds to get her to full only to have her instantly lose it all to one shot. Roadhog and Reinhardt don't have this issue.
I almost feel more dangerous in pilot form except in 'teamfights', then I soak damage for my team and buy them time to get kills. I don't think it is right that someone can just run away in a straight line from D.VA and be okay because after 10ft it seems like she is shooting cotton candy at people. I know D.VA's mech isn't all there when I get more POTGs as her Pilot form than as her. I seriously rip people to shreds with headshots from her little pistol.
I personally would like to see an alt fire mode with her rightclick, something that fires like a railgun or etc that would deal decent damage at distances, but have slower firing rate, maybe no movement at all, and it is a smaller hitbox than her main weapon. Something like Roadhogs rightclick to his shotgun burst.

You can DM really well as Widow if you're on point, that mine does 75 damage to potential multiple targets, her SMG is legit and her hook is fine for a little mobility, even if it's just a jump and shoot. Some McCrees and Tracers can't aim at a flying target. I happily drive Widow directly on the capture point if it looks like we need another body there instead of hanging back and trying for a headshot.

What achievements do you have problems with?
I find it hard to get the achievement where I have to hit 6 enemies at least once with winston's ult. I thought this shit would be easy but everytime I try, at least one person on the enemy team dies from my teammates or are already dead.

Even if her time de-sync means that she literally doesn't age anymore she can still keep track of how many years she's been alive. Even if we don't base anything on Tracer's age we still get a decent timeline based on Genji's age.
Genji is 35 now. That means he was 30 when Overwatch broke up. We know he spent his youth as a party-boy ignoring his responsibility to the Shimada clan, so we can guess that his battle against Hanzo happened in his early 20s. Given that he was likely somewhere between 20-25 when Overwatch rebuilt him for their use we still get a 5-10 year period from when that picture is taken to when Overwatch broke up. That pushes the timeline back at most an extra 5 years, so Amari is mid 30s there.
That said I still think basing the timeline on Tracer's age makes the most sense. She's still been alive for 26 years regardless of whether she actually ages or not.

There is nothing wrong with playing spread out. Winston can outlast a solo dps (that isn't Reaper or Mcree) or a dps + healer. There are also specific heros that punishes the shit out of team that goes all together, depending on map, area and their DPS heros.
Playing spread out is a common tactic and Winston can punish that really hard, that's enough reason for him to be tier 1. By your logic, no hero is tier 1, not even Widow, because the team is just lacks game sense (counter pick, team comps and generic strategics such as flanking, going together, spreading out, etc). That's not entirely how it works, even though i understand really well from solo experience where you're coming from.

I love guns like Torb's. Also in the category is D.Va's little girl gun and Mercy's pistol. They reward being able to aim and lead shots with incredible DPS while being just clunky enough that you can't just automatically kill people like McCree.
