Play on a lower sensitivity is the obvious answer; most people have their sensitivity way too fucking high.
Go into practice range as McCree and run around at full speed two-tapping people in the head. Don't bother with body shots, don't use anything other than right mouse button.
And just learn to get used to your mouse movements. Something as simple as the bells in Dorado attacking spawn can be useful to just repeatedly swish your aim at and try not to over/undershoot it, even for a fraction of a second.
How do you fucking play with D.Va? It's just been loss after loss after loss and I have been trying to get gud with her for forever. It's just not fucking happening and seems impossible.

You have to just keep doing it. Most people here have been playing FPS of some sort for most of their lives. They started when they were kids and were terrible but didn't realise or mind. When you start when you're older, you're not using to being incompetent at things - unlike a kid who's shit at everything, even walking and talking. Younger people also learn faster so spend less time in the "I'm awful" zone.
Just accept you're going to be terrible until you aren't. Honestly, though, like a lot of skills, it's way harder to learn it when you're older, and the older you get the harder it'll be (not least because, in this case, your reactions to actually dull as you get older, and I don't even mean OLD old, I just mean like later 20s).

How do I get gud at precise aiming?
I have the easiest time aiming when it's about moving the crosshair a lot, but if I have to move it like 1mm I always fuck it up, mostly because I can't get the thing moving because I try to be too precise.

Aside from obvious hero-related things (McCree, Mercy's ult charge time, how incredibly fast Mei's freeze takes effect) the only thing I really dislike about this game is how piss easy it is for Defending teams. They spawn nearly directly onto the final point, and respawn timers are ridiculously short, in conjunction with how fast Mercy's ult charges, being on an Attacking team is just fucking un-fun in the latter half of a match. The beginning isn't so bad at all, it's really just those final points, or when you're nearing upon those final points, that really kills enjoyment.
Temple of Anubis being the absolute worst map in the game by far.

Every payload map is just horribly designed to make it look like a good fight. Attackers can steamroll through most of it but once you reach the final section of every map it becomes impossible because the only option is to blindly turn a corner and meet the entire enemy defense.

and I still don't even get what your point is. How "easy" a character is to play has nothing to do with their actual power ranking. Their tier is dependent solely on how well they can perform, not how little input is required to achieve max performance. Noone makes metalists just for how easy a character is to play; if you're talking about the metagame, you're going to be talking about it in the hands of good players. There'd be no point to talking about it otherwise.

Orb of Harmony and Orb of Discord are now channeled, short range abilities.
Orb of Harmony's heal per second increased to 50.
Orb of Discord is now applied to a teammate and increases their damage by 30%
Transcendance reworked:
Transcendance now allows Zenyatta's dead teammates to transcend death and return to life in an AoE around him.

That said, if your mouse does not let you adjust DPI, it almost certainly doesn't have too high a value.
Go figure out what the DPI on your mouse is - it's probably 800 or 1600. If its 800, set your overwatch sensitivity to something in the range from 4-8, if its 1600, something in the range of 2-4.

Unless you're already damaged, you should be able to survive the first flash bang fan the hammer. Defense matrix ensures you can survive the second while flying through him. Roadhogs damage is hugely inconsistant because its quite easy to have center-mass and literally all your spread looks like an O, dancing entirely around that widow. The spread is not even remotely accurate to the actual reticle and that's quite backwards for every other character in the game.

A teleport in the right place wins matches, hands down, every time.
Symmetra's a hard class to play, since she's squishy, but her turrets can rape if placed well, 25 HP buffs with no decay really do help a team, and her gun RAPES in close range. At full charge it does 150 DPS which melts even Rein and Winston, she hard counters Genji, and her alt fire passes though players and shields, including Rein's barrier, for 150 damage per full charge.
That said, Symmetra should be moved to Defence class and not Support. Every support should have healing, and Sym should be always used in defence, not support.

It's a sentry gun with no cost to place, on an extremely low cooldown. You just have to place it, shoot some people, maybe upgrade it if it's still alive, or rebuild it if it isn't. But almost all the time you should be shooting people with your nutso melta gun.

I seriously can't share your opinon man, there are better fucking options most of the time. Anyone with half a brain on the enemy team will kill a Symmetra in just a few shots and not let her laser thing get out of control, and there's nothing she can do about it, too.
Plus you might be overestimating the laser damage. If you try to tickle reihardt up close he'll just slap you about a few times and you're dead before he is, and no amount of "muh small frame and hitbox" will help

150 DPS within 5 secs rapes even the hardest tank, and you can barely hear it. Combined with her turrets that slow your move and turn speed down, it's guaranteed rape. I've lost count of how many Reins I've shredded as Symmetra.
Let me repeat, Symmetra has the highest DPS IN THE GAME. Her weapon's close range, and she's squishy, but she's quick, and with some bunnyhopping she can dance around most chars that aren't set up for fast, dangerous classes.

Nice scrub-tier evaluation - you never place Sym turrets in the open, you use them to lock down side paths by placing them over the inside edge of doorways and gunning down those who fall into that trap. Only Junkrat and Pharah hard-counter Sym and only then if they're not distracted by other players.
