Basically everyone moves slower in this game than any other arena FPS. Jumps are less useful, because every map is designed around a select few heroes having movement abilities.

the idea of widow is to maker he far less mobile while compensating her with damage increases vs. tanks
I feel that she should be the counter to characters like roadhog (big hitbox, slow moving)
but should be countered by high mobility flankers like Genji and Tracer
as it currently stands though she just beats them outright
if you don't want to nerf her mobility then the change I would suggest instead is reducing her mag size to 20 with each scoped in shot taking 4 rounds
