Widowmaker just isn't fun to deal with. I can have fun dealing with other characters I hate (Tracer, Mei, Genji) but Widowmaker is just a fucking chore because of her range, damage and the fact that she is borderline immune to punishment.

I find playing mercy is also a bit easier if you make her beams a toggle in the options.
Use her flight ability to quickly get in and out of areas to keep everyone alive and use the damage boost when everyone's full.
You can also be a bit risky with Pharah by constantly flying to her in the air and slowing your descent by holding jump.

You will very rarely get a 6 man premade against 6 solos, and if there's a 2-5 man premade on the enemy team chances are there's one in the same numbers on your team too so it balances out. Sometimes you get the good one, sometimes the bad, same with random teammates in general premade or not.

I'm basically playing blind for the first 30 seconds and then slowly everything comes in. Playing Junkrat optimally means avoiding close confrontations and spamming chokepoints. Throw some traps around too. You have a five shot capacity and reload pretty quick, he easily outduels Soldier 76 if 76 doesn't have a rocket. If anybody's in front of you just throw a mine and mash right click to do significant damage and send them flying away. I am pretty bad at first person shooters and I do extremely well as Junkrat.
