I'm beginning to think that all of these armours were finished and ready pre-launch. As I said in a previous post a few threads ago, all of the armours are assigned a certain value (a001, a002, etc) - evidence seems to suggest that the DLC armour isn't being released in-order, since the Stinger set has a code of a097, while the Wrath set is a096 and the Intruder set is a098.
