The entire northern part of the map should be pretty easy, unless you run into a deathclaw or smth. The original name of the vehicle was Ocelot. It was developed by a private company (who also gave it that name) Since Ocelot is not a dog (like you said), the MoD decided to rename it to Foxhound to fit the naming scheme. So it really only has one name, the ones that are used by the British Army (or rather, that specific variant) are called Foxhound while the others are named Ocelot.

First you got to check all your plugins and make sure you have everything needed for it to work. No red links, whatever. Then, check the in game mod menu and enable all of them. press t or whatever. THEN, if you are playing on survival, know all of your mods are disabled unless you have a mod for that. If all else fails, uninstall all the mods, test it on vanilla and then re enable them. AND ANY UI CHANGING MOD MAKES IT CRASH, LIKE PLEASANT UI OR MY HUD. Full dialogue still works, thank god.
Still having performance issues, I get inconsistent 8-20 FPS when actively doing stuff around the map and a vaguely consistent 22 in enclosed spaces and the glow. I flipped off god-rays and AO and threw on enboost a while back, they only 'slightly' helped. I have no idea what i'm doin wrong.

Models are basically finished. A little bit of polish and giving these stats is all thats left, but I'm a little tired now. I'll do that tonight, and make the rest of my stuff standalone. The materials all being done cuts out like 80% of the time so I might be finished in an hour or two making everything else 100% standalone and in Esp form. I'll make one huge Esp first, then make a lot of smaller ones for the people that don't seem to care about plugin limits. Trust me, you'll be sorry down the road, but whatever.
Anyway, now you can be a male Haven trooper! Models are also higher poly and the female one has bodyslide, polys are so high you can even see nipples (if you want) on it as well.

I'm trying to do a melee play and man is this shit unfun to the max. Regular attacks, even with Big League 4, do diddily squat. What takes my pistol or rifle characters a few seconds to kill takes my melee guy a full thirty minutes of whacking and anywhere between 6 and 30 Medic 2 Stimpacks. I wish I was joking about the 30 stimpacks thing. That's how many I have to use for regular garden variety Radscorpians.
Power attacks are useless and near as I can tell, exist solely as a "free hit" for whatever I'm fighting. It'd be nice if there was a way to make power attacks uninterruptible, but as it stands, I never use power attacks cause even when under the effects of Jet I get staggered out of the attack by auto-instant attacks.
The worst part is, I'll be struggling to kill something, get fed up, pull out a pipe auto rifle I picked up somewhere and just kill whatever was giving me issues almost instantly, with no troubles.

Well here's some tips for ya.
Stock up on Med-X and PsychoJet. And side with Lorenzo in the Cabot House quest for the +50% damage resistance Serum. You'll need it.
Also pack a gun. There are enemies who will ruinate melee characters so it's better to just take them out from a distance.
I suppose invest in stealth too.
Get used to being staggered for 90% of all combat encounters. Any character with a str of 1 can block and stagger a melee character even with an str of 40. Also even attacking in VATS or Jet time you'll get staggered cause all enemies have an auto instant attack when you use a power attack.

Been playing melee and enjoying it big time, if you go for sneak you deal absurd damage, which actually made the game too easy in my opinion.
Took some of the points from sneak and put them in endurance perks instead and now im basically unkillable while still doing good damage.
The beginning is kinda rough if you are missing key perks so you might just want to use a gun for the first few levels, but im having a lot of fun with melee all the way.
Also im playing on very hard if that helps you, but im pretty sure melee is good on survival too

From technical POV, the picture is not that clear. It was pretty obvious from the start that there's little to no room for improvement, so aside from (mostly script-related) bugfixes it's roughly the same or even slightly worse.

What i don't understand is how the fuck anyone thought it was a good idea to make him dislike hacking and lockpicking. There are moments in the base game where you NEED to do one or the other to finish a quest. And every single building you ever enter will have upwards of fucking ten locks to pick for loot or even basic rooms.

If Black Isle had made another Fallout RPG during a time when RPG's were in a massive decline, it'd be 'worth it' because they'd have one last 'real' Fallout game and not see the series 'raped'.

Those floating graveyards out by Spectacle Island freak me the fuck out. I tried swimming out to open sea and diving as deep as i could just to see what happened (nothing obviously because bethesda). I've just started playing the first Fallout game, and while it's been fun, it's kind of annoying that most NPCs fail to acknowledge what you do.
I backstab the Skulz at the bar and manage to save the waitress and the owner, yet neither say anything once the fight is over. After the gang gets wiped out and only Sherry remains, she acts as if nothing happened, acknowledging notable gang-members despite them being dead.
Does this sort of thing happen throughout all of the original titles?
