They also chase after Joker corpses and get stuck on Joker corpses all the time, it's pretty great.

Having to specialise in a separate tree purely for ammo bags is a pretty bullshit change and hurts a lot of Enforcers. Sure ICTV+BP is cheaper now but you're fucked if you want ammo bags with shotgun skills.
It used to be that Shotgun skills + Ammo bags led to ICTV. That was fine. That's usually what an Enforcer wants anyway.
Now they kicked Shotguns and Ammo bags to their own separate trees so Enforcers wanting ICTV are fucked because they will have to pay 84 points for shit they used to get for 40 points before the beta.
And OVK devs want to buff dodge so dodge isn't going to remain in its current state.

Honestly, I hate shotguns with ICTV, by the time you get close enough to someone with a shotgun, you're fucked. Plus they kill too slowly. I understand the ammo tree thing and the fact that playing pure enforcers is not as good anymore, but given how before you had to go a full old tree to get bulletproof, I think armor got off just fine. I mean, you lose ammo bags, but you'd get the benefits of bulletproof, ICTV, plus some broken-ass skill like Inspire, and at a minimum, some reload skills for shotguns/silent killer or similar. Simply put, you get way more out of purely going for ICTV (like most older builds did) than ever.
For dodge, now you have to go into 2 seperate trees for low blow and sneaky bastard, pistol skills are way more expensive (and currently bugged) and in a seperate tree, and in the end, all dodge shit was nerfed for 5 points, plus grinder was gutted. Only thing left is rogue/crook with bulletproof, and those aren't as good since you won't have swan song, which is also a seperate tree now.
Old skill trees benefited dodge way more than current ones.

In the beta you need to take joker skills to get hostage taker, and the new joker skills let you get 2 jokers with 90% damage resistance, extra hp and damage. It's pretty good, ensures you get your regen all the time since they're walking dozers.
