Depends largely on how the prices of stuff like sharks and rocktails fluctuate. You could end up actually making money off cooking them. Will probably cost you around 4m to get from 60-90, then you'll lose very little, if not make some money back off of sharks or rocktails with cooking gauntlets.

Avoid the mushroom shit and use Resonance when he does the swipe. Can turn off prayer to heal more, but its unnecessary.
Use devotion or run away when he goes mental, then use Freedom to get rid of bleed.
Kill wolves with flurry or normal abilities and Sacrifice if you want to heal a bit.
Queue more poison, swipes etc... repeat everything.
When he stops summoning wolves then just count his attacks and surge or run behind him. He does a special after every three attacks I think.
This method gets me 16 kills an hour or so. Might be a bit slow but it works.

I bring 2 searing overloads, 10 super prayer renewals, EEE, ports book, an extra pack yak pouch, and a bunch of rocktails
if you're an autistic tryhard you can bring ring of vigour + a shield for adren stalling between QBDs + mage switch for hardened carapace form
you can also bring a combat familiar + scrolls in place of the pack yak I guess, but in my experience they're pretty worthless most of the time so I prefer using the yak as a safety net in case I go on an unlucky streak with no food drops

Devotion usually ends up being on cooldown every second time he does that attack, so you can either just try to count his attacks or surge away when he does it. The problem with counting and running is that sometimes he turns with you and follows you anyway.
I can rarely avoid it completely myself, but even if you are a bit late its still better than staying there and tanking every hit. Besides, once you are out of range you can use freedom sooner so it'll be ready for the next time, long before you need it.

I hear you, I miss 2010 Dungeoneering when everybody was ~90 combat level and ~1200 total level, doing frost floor larges, scouting for altars and food, binding the low tier weapons and drops, dying 4-5 times per floor and taking an hour per floor, slowly unlocking more bosses with different mechanics. As I type this I remember more, how level 138 npcs would absolutely rape your 1 bound tight ass, not having the levels to open doors, how every single npc had a weakness and resistance and weapon attack style mattered, carefully managing binds and fighting over night spiders for that ssh.
Used to love Dungeoneering but it's such a shore now.

Higher tier shield gives more healing from resonance.
t90 shield are cheap as fuck and you're only be using it as a shield switch so it will take a year or two for it to completely degrade.
