So i watched recall earlier. And i don't know why, but i started tearing up. I don't know where it came from, but it hit me hard. The incredibly positive feeling hit me and I couldn't stop crying. I've been sad and angry for a long time, but I'm ready to change now. I even called my Mom, and reached out. I've thought about doing it so many times, but today I actually did it. Pretty sure they've tried every type of nerf on genji already. Health lower, damage lower, getting rid of bleeds, etc. All that was left was the regen and that primarily came from a zen 50000 miles away. So it's an OK nerf direction.

Pretty cool patch, a lot of shit changed. Some nice new skins, some cool changes, some bad changes.
First of all the new frames around your character are absolutely disgusting. They're ugly as fuck. Blizzard said the frame is supposed to get upgraded every 10 levels but that's not true at all, it's the exact same frame until you get to level 70 i believe, then it will start to change at 80 then 90, then you reset back to 1. Stupid.
For some reason when you play a support every person's healthbar is bright red and i have no idea why, it's very fucking annoying.
Your character's icon in the corner is now different and changes based on what skin you use, but the new model they used for it looks really bad for some characters. It looks fine for most, but some characters like D.Va now look incredibly derpy and i hate looking at it.
I personally don't like the new medals much, but that might be just me since it seemed like a lot of people hated the updated medals from last patch but i really liked them. These newer ones are weird though, bronze looks more red than bronze and they look like plastic and off compared to the rest of the screen.
They put a black outline on almost every piece of text now, which is a good change but looks weird since we're all so used to seeing no outline, it's fine though.
Orb change for Zenyatta is horrible. It really hurts him a lot and makes him no longer fun to play, hopefully they change this again because right now it fucking sucks, throw a healing orb on someone and he immediately just runs around a corner because he's a stupid pub and now the heal is gone. Fuck this.
New skins are cool though. Junk D.Va looks disgusting, but Bee is pretty cute, i like it. Gold frog Lucio is god tier. Jester Junkrat is good.

her orbs right now are pretty dumb, especially since bastion had his front shield removed. Only useful for torb turrets (pharah's better) and firing at blind corners, hoping an enemy runs into it. It's not even a threat to rein - he has plenty of time to strafe away from it.
But if she could teleport to her orb, that adds a new level of strategy+complexity that fits right in to overwatch. I think the ow devs pride themselves on how much they make the players think, so I'm sure they'd entertain this idea.
As symmetra, teleporting to an orb is not easy decision to make. Jumping straight into enemy lines is obviously suicide. Teleporting too far behind enemy lines just takes you out of the fight with no support, and greatly increases the odds that you go 2v1 against some enemies you don't see yet. Placing a teleporter behind enemy lines could be great, but it's not always useful. And all of this is compounded by the fact that the orb takes 5 seconds before it arrives at the right spot. 5 seconds is enough time for the battlefield dynamics to change a lot, which changes symmetra's decision about whether to teleport or not.
As an enemy, seeing a symmetra orb launches a whole new set of thoughts - is she gonna teleport, where would she land if she did, which teammate would she target if she did, is she gonna cut me off from a healthpack, do I need to retreat to escort our healer who is respawning.
These are all good things to make the players think about. It would need to come with other balance changes, of course, maybe weaker m1, maybe high cost to teleporting, maybe orbs are destructible.

I feel like leave penalty is too drastic for parents with little ones
Now with the leave penalty, we spent the entire night with the 50% exp debuff. It's incredibly demoralizing to be punished for something out of our control. We're not playing ranked games killing the other teammates ranks, we aren't the toxic quitters that the system is trying to punish, we are just parents trying to have fun together in our limited free time.
I think it should be easy to tell when someone rage quits a game, they will leave and will immediately requeue for a different server. To me, it makes more sense to penalize based on a real world time frame than a set number of games. Make the initial penalty last for 30 mins, that way rage quits will be punished for a few games, and people who left to attend to life won't be punished indefinitely. As it stands I don't think I would even want to play the game when it goes live, at least until the baby grows up more and her sleep pattern changes.

Is there some sort of cooldown exploit on Genji?
I just played a quickplay game with a Genji on the opposing team that was able to use his dash seemingly very rapidly. He got play of the game and used it 3 times during the play, which seemed to be about 3-4 seconds apart.
With brawl giving shorter cooldowns maybe it somehow carried over to quickplay? Or there is some way to exploit it on purpose?

Leaving penalties should be harsher in my opinion, it's only a 6v6 game so if even a single person leaves it has a huge impact on the balance and basically ruins it for the team that goes down to 5 players. If you can't dedicate 10 minutes to a round then you probably shouldn't be queueing up, if you find yourself constantly having to leave mid round then you probably shouldn't be playing a multiplayer game period.
