Fielding SPGs and fragile tanks in general becomes a lot easier once you manage to actually have the resources to work with stealth.
When you first unlock promoting(lvl 25), you'll get access to equipment like camouflage and spall liners.
Stack your highest armor tanks with spall liners, give camouflage to your paper ones, and if your detection isn't crap then the enemy will practically never hit your frailer tanks.
It also helps that stealth determines firing priority in the first shelling phase so ideally your hardest hitting tank shoots first and always.
Also, the Churchill tanks have the dubious honor of being the one HT series that have engines that increase their stealth.

If you just have the tower, you'll need 300 of each to level after you combine them with a rune from Bitter 8-3.
And the only runes that expire are the memorial limit break ones.
But I don't know if they're keeping the trade thing in after the event, since this is the first time they're using the rune trade system. I hadn't really thought about it, but I could see them taking it out since you can't get more event runes.

Yes. I'm really curious to see how broken they could be. Christmas Eve Asuha played a very big part in me being able to get into S-rank for all of the ranking events since her release. If these cards can be just as game-changing, I have to get all 3.

Honestly, you kinda need everything, so it's hard to say - but first you need someone with 2 AoEs for ruby farming, Velika is generally recommended, but you can rank up your Ariel (or if the selector doesn't expire in three days, farm friendship points and see if you get a Jave)
After this you should choose what mode you want to improve and focus on that. In general going for CR and Raid is easier since there's less variety as most upcoming heroes are Arena-focused and they can change the meta a lot.
For CR/Raid start with Shane/Jupy (whoever you prefer), then Lina.
For Raid you will need: Eileen, Sieg and Velika.
For CR: Rachel, Eileen, Joker/Rudy, Sieg, Victoria, Rania, Yui, Karin/Leo.
It's generally better to get the immunity heroes and find Rachel friends than getting a Rachel and try finding people that keep those units as leaders.
Once you have one of everything, focus on transcending your Shane/Jupy to 40 and by then you should have an idea of what to do.
