In the second event, you'll come to a stage that requires solo lv100 Rokka. Clear that for her Shinki. Then you have to level her back up to 100 a second time off the second event's runes.
The weapons are both useful and fit her well, but I wouldn't bother while you still have her second round of leveling left to do.
If you get her Shinki up to lv100 and still have time and patience to keep going, then you can start on the building or one of the bows.

Not that anon, but I find BGHS doesn't usually add that much. Just gotta get your friend runs and some autos for repeat bonus for most events. Though I do slack off on my dailies.
Shironeko's event density alone requires some planning. It's not too bad if you do some each day, but finishing stuff last minute becomes a huge grind.

I rolled Tiara Miki on BGHS yesterday, I'm almost done maxing Nemo's affection in shironeko and I can do HL battles in granblue.
Its not hard to balance all three. You just need good time management.

I don't think getting Dhaos in ToLink is possible unless you whale hard or cheat with a modded apk. You need to beat lvl 30 and I'm stuck at 10 with 2 5* maxed units.

I'm currently at volume 18. Volume 19 and up is apparently when you start needing to make specialized teams.
Up to volume 18, 2 tanks(HTs or MTs) and 3-4 DPS(SPGs, ATGs, or LAVs with cabins) can carry you, but I've clearly been seeing the issues why this isn't going to continue much farther.
Enemy tank compositions start getting way more varied and specialized once you get to the latter volumes.
In shironeko, if I got a fire elemental damage up accessory, does that mean the character equipped obtain a fire elemental damage or the damage up just affect if the character already has a fire attack/damage?

Not at all, I have the orange light tank from a lucky forge, but have never bothered investing in her to put her to use.
For detection I just equip a few binoculars and keep upgrading my manual.
It's necessary to keep detection to the point enemy detection doesn't completely overwhelm your own during scouting, otherwise they'll even spot your high stealth tanks right off the bat.
If you hold during a battle, you can see how detected each tank in the battle is. You want your heavy tanks to be fully detected by the enemy while your frailer tanks' detection bars to be empty.
Dogtags are used for crafting tanks in R&D, it's apparently important to save them as some endgame tanks have very high dogtag costs and they're impossible to get outside of the hard currency daily.
They can also be used to trade for BWMG materials, but that's not in the English version yet apparently.

BGHS probably, throws gems at you and has had long guarantee periods for every new gacha as of late.
Shironeko throws even more gems at you, but has no guarantees.

is Sirius Asuha bad damage wise?

She inflicts paralysis and defense down on herself and immediately breaks combo after using her skill if you don't have a status immunity buff up. It also has a hideous combo requirement.
Damage wise she's pretty good at 23x+23x in a large circle, but it is not attribute neutral like most skills. Meaning she'll hit for half that on gun-resistant enemies and twice that on gun-weak enemies.
She's just not really good for a newbie in a lot of ways. She doesn't have auto reload either.

Her skill is useless. You do a 40x burst after a long hit requirement, then get paralyzed for a few seconds. Friendship is okay though, but it's not automatic reload.
But she looks cute in her outfit, so if she's your waifu, go for it unless you want other Tiara cards. Or go for the Tiara card in hopes of Miki, then dump into Sirius since you're not guaranteed anything afterwards for either after tomorrow.
Although, we are getting a new weapon set. May be broken, may not be. Not, making a decision sucks.

Unless you're doing it because Sadone is cute and you want her shooting stuff (which is an entirely valid reason,) I would recommend using Tiara Kaede as your autoreloader instead.
Kaede is 5 shots before it kicks in, and immediate after affection evo.
Sadone is 10 shots before it kicks in, and 5 shots after affection evo.
That does lock you into gun/rod/x instead of gun/x/x if you want to gun, though.

The scaling at the start of the game is really bad/difficult for no good reason until you're rocking 50/50 cards. I guess it's why they added easy mode but it's a chore meeting everyone before having to roll gacha.
Anyway, you have plenty of cheer points, try spamming idol outfit training for one of them.

Anyway, the only time I try to come up with using other cards is for tests. Right now I default to NY spear Kurumi as a sub and seldom use other weapons anymore. I also have 3 staff autoloaders now, Sirius Haruka, Valentine Michelle, and now Tiara Kaede. I already 70/70 Haruka so not sure if I'll use the other two.

I had started a little before that, and was occasionally discussing with a few anons that were playing it already.
Then I suggested it to one anon, they were interested and we started talking about it, and that got some more people interested as well. It sort of snowballed from there into what you see now.
So if we're taking "fotm" literally, it's been here well over a month. If we just mean is it here to stay or a passing fad, then dunno. Seems like the former to me, but I plan to stick with it either way.

There's element switches on each side of the end area, but each one opens the doors on the opposite side.
So after you hit yours you can run around and enter from there, if the rest of your team hasn't opened your side yet.
