I think keeping a +armor attribute would be more beneficial than rolling a full 3 slots. that attribute rolls 400-500 armor and is something a single mod can't make up for. You could have multiple mods run +armor as an attribute to make up the difference, but you lose out on more beneficial attributes like +crit chance or +skill power

Game dev here. The idea behind non-respawn is a shitty way of making an MMO feel more real. As if it was a real person that you killed and you have "changed" the world by not allowing him to live anymore. It's a shitty MMO design mechanic to make what is a beefed-up normal enemy feel more unique.
In the case of BK, they fucked up the spawner by tying it to a load screen/safehouse instead of a timer or having proper respawn checks. And that's why gaming him is super easy.

A bit of both. Accuracy affects weapon bloom, which can make headshots at range more difficult, whereas stability is general jumpiness. I tend to focus on +horizontal stability and +accuracy upgrades, as controlling mostly vertical recoil is fairly easy. Especially on a Caduceus where headshots are essential.
