Going into TW3 the only thing I worried about was whether Triss will get her happy ending, I didn't care at all about gameplay, graphics or the open world.

I am glad CDPR decided to go with Triss as the main romance option in the trilogy, it allowed them to create a timeless love story.

Not many details about CP nor the mystery project slated to be released later this year, but they are committed to CP right now and although they were offered to acquire/work on other properties, CP is all that matters right now.
No Witcher 4. They love Sapkowski's writing and the world he created, but after 14 years spent on making games taking place in it, they need a break. They may return to it some time, but it's not something in the foreseeable future and they definitely have no concrete plans.
Lot of talk about the company philosophy and how they are quality obsessed. Rockstar Games is mentioned a few times as someone CDPR looks up to.
Mr Iwiński still has a couple unexplored question marks in Skellige on his TW3 playtrough. :P
