I read on some dumb tier list that it was a top tier gun because of it's innate punchthrough, but even when charged that doesn't seem to work at all. I've shot it fully charged into a group and it only killed 1 dude.

Attica is better for the standard build cause of low multiplier. Zhuge is made for crit builds. It's probably the perfect weapon for Artemis Ivara since the mods are exactly right while still remaining silent for when you don't want to use Artemis.

The only other sparring weapon is Kogake, everything else is considered Fists. Fists have better actual attacks, but sparring has better quick-attacks. If you plan on having your gun equipped and you're okay without channeling, pick up the Sparrings.
Comparatively, Kokage has 5% less crit chance (25%->20%) and 10% slower swings (1.0->0.9), and doesn't have the sexy punch shockwaves, but does 40% more damage (25->35).

Firing sound is your only legit complaint. You don't need to do the lever spin to fire the next shot, just click again. The firing speed difference between the two of them is .08, you literally can't actually tell, you just look at the stat screen and believe there is one. And while many might not get as much use, you are wasting your time thinking they dont fill some roll. If youre doing home construction, youre going to be using larger bits. Working with electronics, smaller the better. a construction worker wont have the same appreciating or experience with smaller bits. so it might be better to say These tools get used a lot, best to have them on hand, but not overtly call others bottom tier garbage. better for people to do their own research and not base their opinion on a List, which likely wont reflect how useful they will be for their own playstyle.
