Yes. But it takes a few forma to see its full usefulness. You can just sweep it through hordes of enemies and cover and kill anything draco-difficulty or below in a tick or two.
It has 40m of range and really good built in punchthrough.
But its pretty useless past level 40-50ish or so enemies unless you use it with sonar build banshee. Then its really fun.

Its slightly more mobile than cleaving whirlwind, but does half the damage.
You've got to remember, cleaving whirlwind does a spin that hits twice for 400% damage each hit. And you can do that spin 7 times in a row.

Vasto Prime is much better than Akvasto. the Main advantage of Akvasto is having double magazine size, but the reload speed on the default Vasto Prime (and even the Vasto) is so fast that the magazine size doesn't matter. The Vasto Prime on the other hand has higher damage, crit chance, and crit damage, allowing you to do some dank multishot-crit builds with it.

There is one tier list and it is cancer because the guy who made it doesnt understand how fluid the game works. Right now you should have Excalibur, and then get Rhino. After that it doesnt really matter because those two will let you get every other frame. Sell rare mods to get plat, then use the plat to buy more warframe slots.

you can't GET frames easy early on unless you pay real cash.
just go with what you can easily obtain for now, you can't really "go for" things until you can run voids (to get said things, or to get other things you can liquidate for plat to get the things you want)
just keep unlocking the map, and farm each planet boss a few times until you can build the frame they drop.
frame availability is extremely progression locked unless you want to buy plat right when you start. And by the time you unlock all the planets, you'll have a couple of frames where you can go for the prime version (sometimes).
THere are also mission-related frames; look at quests on the wiki; some like limbo theorem, zero patient, mummyquest, aware frames (or a boss that drops frame stuff) on completion. Idk minimum level to do them, I didn't do them until I was relatively well geared. from grinding/trading other things

he's not a dedicated healer. his heal is strong but will never outdo trin. sure he outdoes oberon but >oberon. plus low range.
his 1 and 2 actually scales. this is nice but it still feels utterly bland. stealth finishing allows him to do a lot of damage near level 100~130 but in the end he's still riding his passives to be good. stunning a single target at a time is a okay emergency skill but nowhere near as great to be the major CC role he does with 4.
his 3 may need loadsa range. low damage but the CC was more annoying that zephyrs 4. really not a good skill.
his 4 does it all. CC for over 18 seconds, heals, costs low energy and is only hindered by enemy armor wich can be removed by other means. in the end it's not the healing that does his job, it's CC.
I admit tank/CC is a good role. a excellent support role. one that will never win, but always allow a victory to be. he is a dull staff, sucesssfully supporting his team like how noone ever though possible, or requested.

I try and be very careful with my globes and only put them where they could be useful. I don't really use them on infested at all. Even if I have to put one someplace it can be a problem (e.g. I use it to revive someone) I pop it when it's no longer useful.

Here, I'll explain it for you.
First, get as much Eff and Str as you can. Range is your dump stat and try not to abuse Dur too much. You'll probably need p cont to keep it above 100.
QT and Flow are how you'll stay alive. You can defiantly keep prowl and AB both active and live off the energy orbs you find, but still use zenurik. If you're out of energy, just sit in a corner and spam cloak arrows at your feet.
Your Primary is just a container for mods for your AB. That said, use a primary that benefits from the same mods AB would. Something like Boltor Prime would not work due to its low crit use. I like Paris Prime, but again it really doesn't matter since you'll only be using AB.
And yes, stay far away from your shitty team mates that stack vit and redirection.

So what's the deal with the Chroma worship?
I've built Chroma to see the hype, I put 6 forma in him, and he truly is as good as people say.
But... there is absolutely nothing fun about him, unless you like to see large numbers and instagib everything. He's like a tool you use when you need sheer power, or to farm credits.
