I have defaulted to focusing the DPS' targets, rotating between them when I can. It's fucking awful in a full party with pick-up mechanics to worry about.
I don't know if people call DPS the hardest role because all the bads are on it, or if the bads are just more pronounced because it's the hardest role. Other tanks I end up with always know how to do their job and they're on the ball with tank swaps and their role, and the worst I see out of healers is not DPSing when there's an easy opportunity to. Even fucking Mechanists with all their movement are always dying to AoE and mechanics though, I don't understand it.
I'm inclined to believe that tanking is the hardest role not because the game is hard for them, but because managing DPS is an uphill battle.

Yeah, Xaela whites are darkened. You can get some really good looking results out of it though. For the most part it's another one of the traps Au Ra have that result in half the population looking like shit and the other half looking identical.
Unlike the other guy, I think all Au Ra should be carrying limbal rings in order to look as little as Highlanders as aesthetically pleasing possible. Black rings with bright eyes is nice, as is matching the limbal ring colour to your colouron the palette for highlighting, don't try to match them up exactly or it's not noticeable at all.
