Yes, part of the atmos job is to make sure the special snowflakes get their breathable gasses. Though sometimes you get a dickhead that says "no you may not have the gas you need to live" in which case you can ahelp it.
I really wish they would add some kind of vending machine for aliens that requires a swipe of an ID to get a full canister of whatever gas you breathe. Hell you could make it so anything other than oxygen has a safety cap so they can ONLY be used for internals.

It's hard for doctors not to do everyone's job, because they absolutely want to bring people back into the round as fast as possible.
If you're playing medbay, you pretty much need to fight for your job, actively communicating to the other doctors that you know what you're doing and they can fuck off.
I have the same problem. I constantly need to tell myself not to treat other doctor's patients, or to keep communicating with chemists every once in a while. It probably would really help if you tell your coworkers what you're planning to make and ask what they're making.
Also, I'm one of those people that have an autism routine written down which leads to a fully stocked fridge and cryo mix within 5-10 minutes.

seems like the root issue is brute damage and blood loss. Defib and pills isn't effective against this since 50u Iron is only 15% blood, and surgery isn't going to fix the blood issue either. Anyone with less than 50% blood isn't worth touching. Meanwhile a clone has 100% blood.
I'm not sure if it went through, but I know some of the coders were looking at changes to blood loss, so I'd rather see those go through before messing with the
cloner.
Maybe add Synthetic Blood Plasma for the chemist as some compound more effective than Iron for sub-70% blood or something?
