Right now I'm just talking about the psychology though. Bad players are less likely to evaluate their own mistakes and realize their screw ups than good players, if they could, they probably wouldn't be so bad.
That might not mean a whole lot on its own since it only explains why a lot of bad players don't ever seem to get better, but I think it should be a given to everyone that flaming isn't practical. No one ever listens to that shit, and in the worst case scenario you're going to play worse for and your team will play worse for it. At best it's the last resort you go to when you've decided you're doing all you can to win the game and your team needs to get it together.
If you can bring yourself to believe in both of those statements, it draws a pretty easy conclusion. A bad player will not be able to evaluate their mistakes, as a result they will not be able to identify what they can do to win a game, so they're more inclined to flame because a good player in a similar situation will be able to identify what's wrong and find ways to solve the problem, or failing that they probably won't flame because it's impractical when they want to win.
Plus anyways, set yourself aside entirely. Just watch for the people who complain when you're playing, and I bet you'll find that it's usually the guy on your team who's making his own calls when the rest of your team is all on the same silent page.

Leoric is a very easy hero to play. Almost Raynor tier. Not a big surprise his winrate was fairly even/high first week or two when he has practically no skill cap.
Greymane is actually fairly difficult. He has no defense besides E which goes on cd if you don't open with either ult. He does mad damage though if he gets unleashed as worgen but worgen greymane is also has a guaranteed "focus me right now" effect to every enemy player's mind.
He has interesting talents so it'll be good to see how he settles in coming few weeks. A lot of different builds possible.
