Archer has to fulfill two conditions in order to beat Gilgamesh. Gilgamesh cannot get hold of Ea at all, or else its over. Also Archer must get up the reality marble quickly, and GIlgamesh must underestimate Archer until he gets the reality marble up.
If the reality marble isn't up yet, GIlgamesh can still easily win, so its Archer's job to figure out a way to game the situation so he can get it up quickly. Once its up he doesn't have to worry as much, but he still has to lay it on heavy, since UBW is a lightning tactic. He cannot keep the RM sustained for long, he doesn't have that kind of mana, he has to hit hard, fast, and don't let Gil pick up Ea, and his odds are good as long as he can do that.
There is a rare chance Gilgamesh might get serious and pick up Ea before the RM is up, if that happens it might be over. You can't let that part happen if you want to win.

For only 6 gold exp (and those exp have issues with class compared to gachas all class exp), you can clear out the gacha around every 6 runs (one of which is free from bronze) where you get TONS of stuff including but not limited to skillgems for nearly every class as well as dragon fangs.
Its basically a much better exp daily so long as you don't need purely exp (aka you never level skills or ce) and not only that, your runs also give you stars to trade for monuments/scales as well as the ce drop chance and plume drop chance.

To empty the gatcha, you need 1000 stockings or 5 runs, average
That's 250 AP or 2 Apples at max level
Each gatcha gives 40 AP back, so fundamentally, 210 AP per gatcha
Bronze apples are not worth saving because they are not influenced by level cap rises
But even with London and level cap rise around the corner, an investment of 10 apples (1250 AP)
to empty the gatcha 6 times is not unreasonable.
The first 5 gatchas alone gave that many gold apples, excluding silver ones.

Jeannes heal is meh, but one of the few partywide heals.
And Fluffy doesnt have the uber first turn debuff until his interlude.
Fluffy is surprisingly useful and strong since his NP debuff is so drastic, but it becomes nothing worth noting after that one turn.
Mozart has a better multi turn debuff and he's still worthless since he had no uber one turn debuff.

If you only care about building, I would recommend Vlad/Andersen/Chevalier, you will have a great damage dealer, a tank and healer, sounds like a good team to me. Everyone there has Arts NP, so spam shouldn't a problem. You might want to try EMIYA or Liz instead of Chevalier or Andersen to see if the AoE works better for you than a tank or the healer.
If you want to use EMIYA want Liz, Vlad/EMIYA/Liz sounds decent to go full offensive.
