I'm trying to get as much done as possible without fucking around with the actual source, though (the source ports have some insane functionality if you can get around their quirks), but if it's absolutely necessary I wouldn't mind digging in there and seeing what can be done for those specific features.

The gist of it is: match the frequencies, saturate the chamber with plasma and fire a shitload of fuel in there. Also helps to use a load of gyros.

I've got a few.
Roundstart, I am paramedic. Also traitor. Not assistant as expected. I forgot to turn off random if unavailable. Naturally, I head straight to the HoP to get a job change. There's about three people in the line, and the fuck is afk. I wait a while, then get bored, buy an emag and and esword, and walk in and kill him. All of sec comes. I put up a good fight, but a flashbang gets me and I get put into solitary.
I'm totally nude in solitary, just clicking on the door. The HoS walks by, tells me I'm being transferred to perma. I keep clicking on the door. She tells me to lie down on the bed. I'm not sure what she thought that would do to restrain me, but I complied. As soon as she opens the door it takes about five seconds for me to stand up, rush at her, push her, pick up her egun, and lazer her to death. I assume her identity and slaughter all of sec and the captain and subvert a borg. There's a mad party in the bridge I attend for a bit. When I can't find my target, I call the shuttle, and there's that. That's like the only time I wiped the station clean of resistance.
There was also killing a changeling with Dummo. My favorite trick is using someone as bait when you have a stunned possible changeling. Have them cuff it. If they fall, you are free to lazer without reservation.
Oh, there was not too long ago where I was in telescience with a serviceborg searching for a changeling that I suspected tried to kill me via telescience. By sheer luck, a monkey pops out of the vent. It dies via stunprod and floor tile and is gibbed by the science shuttle a few moments later.
There was forcefeeding a prisoner, The King tequila with Bateman. He ended up dead.

Esword murderbone is usually silent and they don't call the shuttle, they walk around silently killing for half an hour until everyone is dead
Also singuloose is probably the least lethal thing listed there. It only kills you if you're not listening to the radio.
