Thinking about full MLGS build.
It will use two MLGS in both slots. One is lost with full setup of nourishing gems for magic attacks and general usage, another with heavy abyssal with +15STR and two 27.2% for 1h mode.
Also will have access to the augur for viscerals and parries and executioner glove for setting up charge attacks.

Going STR/BLT just for Cannon and Gattling Gun is dumb. If it was for the Church Cannon, then it might be a good idea. Cannon and Gattling Gun only have STR and SKL requirements and don't scale well with BLT. They're meant for pure STR builds.

So much potential for a great fight. All down the drain when you can just parry half her moves or mash her to death whenever she's close enough.
