It's not a scam. Scathach a higher rate than the other 5* servants but that doesn't equate to a guarantee or a favourable probability when specifically rolling for her against every other 5* servant unless the rate up chance is >50% which I highly doubt it is.
We don't know the rate up chance but it's probably dog shit so going under that assumption;
When specifically rolling for Scathach you have a higher chance of getting any random servant from the 5* servant pool that isn't her.
When specifically rolling for a specific 5* servant that isn't Scathach, you're more likely to get Scathach.
If you was just rolling for any 5* servant in the pool Scathach would be the most likely outcome.What I'm trying to say is semantics are important when talking probabilityand cause desire sensor to be real :^)

If you read Tsukihime, you will know that Shiki is pushing himself to learn the death of things.
But when you play Melty Blood Actress Again, you learn that Shiki will acquire the same level of eyes that Ryougi has if he keeps on using it for three more years.

Gae Bolg has to be charged before its killing moves are used. Diarmuid has a spear that can cancel the curse from activating and Diarmuid has faster speed and EotM to help him do it.
