Alright, done.
Hassan wins, counting quick chains. All the other assassin are almost equal at second place, but somehow Hassan is a complete outlier.
Without quick chains, Gilgamesh wins with QBB. Though it's also worth noting that his BBQ is almost as good without gimping his damage with a Q first card.
Okita is in second place with her QAQ, but I still think it's all about AQQ, which sacrifices a tiny bit of star gain for a huge NP gain.

She's the same type of person as Tamamo, basically. Just like Elizabeth is the same type as Nero basically.
People that are too similar both resonate, and repel. Its like saying Elizabeth and Nero's dynamic is born, or that EMIYA and Shirou's dynamic is boring, or that Luvia and Rin's dynamic is boring. They're not really, there's a lot there.
They're not 100% the same, but they're similar to the point that they resonate and shit.
Gozen gets off the people with a dirty soul it seems, Tamamo gets off to people with a pure sort of soul. One of them wants to be waifu, the other wants to be your girlfriend. One of them is a fake air-head, the other is a gal girl type.
Saying "Why does Luvia exist if Rin is already there, that's boring or stupid" is kind of dumb, when its been shown that having similar people like that can create some of the most interesting sort of hate-fuck dynamics to date. People like EMIYA and Shirou's interactions. Especially with Gozen and Tamamo competing over who's more in love and other bullshit.
We're still in Gozen's arc in the manga at the moment, and it seems we're getting more character on her lately. Although none of it is being translated, so that's kind of moot.
We might be getting some decent character on her lately, and seeing more how the foxes differ and how they're similar, but who knows.
It seems they get along decently when they're not "on". Kind of like Tamamo and any other yandere type.

Extra/Vlad is warped by innocent monster to be more like the monster he was seen as in life. He was seen as more of a demon in life, not a vampire. The vampire stuff came after.
You're giving two very different examples here you know? The stuff with Elizabeth is her true nature coming out due to innocent monster, and the stuff with Vlad is just perception warping him to seem like others perceive him. That's not the same thing at all, nor is it contrary to consistency.
That's really not the same at all. It would be the same if it was you asking why Vlad isn't more of a dragon when innocent monster takes effect, but that's not what you're saying here at all. The vampire stuff is just a misnomer. Extra Vlad is just Vlad the demon basically, which is contrary to another certain Vlad.

He is not a vampire in reality, that's only something people thought about him after death. Elizabeth is a dragon in reality, that has nothing to do with what people thought about her. Those are entirely different situations.
Also yes, Innocent Monster would have to bring out the pop culture version of vampires if it brought out anything. Since Innocent Monster generally warps people based on how they were thought to be by others. People around the world warp him with the concept of the popular culture vampire, not dead apostles. People don't know about dead apostles in the public, they know about the movie monster. Innocent Monster warps you based on the belief of the public.
In Extra/Vlad's case however, it didn't take information from how he was seen after death, but rather during life, by his enemies. During life he was called a demon, he was seen as inhuman, he was seen as a monster, which is why that's how he was seen as a servant in Extra. That's Vlad as he was seen by his enemies in life.
This point you're trying to make really isn't good.

Not necessarily. Fate takes place in a universe that's supposedly remarkably similar to ours on the surface, at least when it comes to the modern world. When Nasu says that Heracles is one of the most well known heroes, he says that based in his fame in our world, and he can say that because there lies an assumption that the fame of heroes in the Nasuverse is more or less the same as their fame in our world.
But he can no longer accurately talk about the fame of certain heroes in Japan because Fate is more or less the reason WHY they're known in the first place? This doesn't apply as much to Arturia herself but it certainly does apply to people like Astolfo and Gilles who are now somewhat well known in Japan entirely due to Fate to begin with.
So does he tackle this problem by just making an unspoken assumption that some variation of Fate and himself exists in his own written universe or does he start making guesstimates as to how famous X hero would be in Japan if Fate never existed? What about other series in Japan that feature various heroes due to directly being inspired by Fate even if Fate itself does not exist?
Also there's no reason why fame from anime shouldn't count. The fame of heroes comes from constant retellings of their stories and anime is just the latest cycle of that.

Assassin EMIYA should look the same as normal EMIYA unless Nasu fucks it up or he just changes his clothes.
Remember that there's only one EMIYA, he's compatible with the Assassin class just as he is for the Archer class but that's about it. He can do the same things he does as an Archer and he should look the same too.
