I'm gonna be honest, I'm usually pretty anti-DE but how they handled the Second Dream really impressed me. It feels to me like they're wising up and realising they can't please everyone, but they can at least make it bearable for those who it's not targeted to. Like, I've always been against the idea of a regular human being behind the frames. But giving me a Focus system at the same time means I can ignore this RP shit and get interested in something else.

Been playing this for a little over a week now, started with Mag, she's level 22 and I'm starting to unlock missions that are a real motherfucker with her due to her being all shields. I have some parts for Oberon, should I be focusing my efforts on building him (or another frame) right now? The nightmare alerts are practically undoable without hoping my squad tanks everything while I stay way back, would like to have an option to get into the fray and solo a bit better.

Or, if you feel concerned, do what I do.
Build one of each part, then sell the rest of the blueprints. Then, if you feel like actually using him, you can just slap in the whole thing. S'what I do for most frames if I'm not building them immediately.

Warframes are part machine, part genetically modified clone of original Orokin warriors (Like the first Valkyr who was raped by Corpus). They have minds of their own, but are in complete synchronization with the minds of the kids, and act as one.

What we know:
Stalker was an Orokin Guard present at the Warframe "award ceremony" where Lotus made them kill all the Orokin.
Stalker was reportedly driven mad when he found out the truth about the tenno.
Stalker is an Excalibur model Warframe.
It can be assumed that since he was an Excal, and he went mad when he found the Reservoir, he had an operator like other Warframes.
What happens after that is pure speculation.
He could've killed his own operator, and now he's merely the technocyte creature which has been shown to have its own degree of sentience. Which is why he can't speak in complete sentences.
Or he could have "merged" with the Warframe and became some kind of super Warframe. It's anyone's guess, really.
What gets confusing is the sequence of events. Did he go mad before, or after the Tenno were ordered to kill the Orokin?
Why did DE need to make him crazy when he already had a perfectly valid reason for revenge?

I think I've got what the deal is why the bosses are all so damn interesting compared to the boring-ass Lotus.
She was there from the start of the game. Back when 'Snipetron' was a name they decided 'yes this is good' and used.

Ivara is tons of fun, good for soloing and stealthing. A huge bonus is her bow transform is actually fun and lets me use Tiberon without feeling bad for it's low damage.

Chroma is fun. He might not be top tier but he's no slouch, 95% damage reduction and 5x damage buffs make for one mean MF.
The Tonkor is the fucking Tonkor. I don't like this thing but it's the objectively the best gun in the game so fuck it. I use Hek sometimes when I know the mission will be in cramped spaces.
Furis is a seriously hidden gem. There was a decent period when I didn't bother equipping a secondary because with a few rare exceptions (looking at you Varelok) they just can't compete with primaries. Which is why a weapon that's 90% utility is appealing to me. Getting all your health back in one magazine and just putting it back away is a great option to have.
Dragon Nikana... I don't know why I have this equipped. I don't usually bother equipping a melee at all because they have the same problem as secondaries except worse.

One is a high damage single shot weapon like Tonkor or Opticor
The other is a bullet hose like Twin Memekatas or Furis
Mod them for different elements
Shoot him with the single shot weapon a couple of times
If he's still alive, spray him with the bullet hose until he adapts

First off Ivara is just fucking fun.
Second, I've arrived at the conclusion that spammability is everything. I experimented with max range but found it unnecessary, it's easier to just spam sleep arrows. I experimented with max duration but that's also unnecessary. I experimented with max strength but this build deals withlevel 105 Corrupted Heavy Gunnersjust fine.
Dread is there because it's a crit weapon and that's good for her 4 and because innate punch through+high single projectile damage for her 2.
Despair because, well I don't know. I don't need a secondary anyway as long as the bow is out.
Karys because style and instant kills. Worked great for the Eximus sortie.Oh also you can roll while cloaked and it doesn't count as moving.

Sonar is unnecessary in the game. In missions where you're required to kill there are better options, and in missions where the enemy level is too high for easy dispatch with things like mprime, you're not aiming to kill the enemy anyway, but cc him.

Bring a couple of different element loadouts, they only show up in the specific mission types so if you go in you should be expecting them. Alternately use an elemental frame for an extra element as well. Stealth frame otherwise so you can kill em with no threat to yourself.

Her fourth is a "pull out a weapon" type ability, like Exalted blade or Peacemaker. However unlike those, the energy only drains while firing. When not firing Energy Siphon etc affects you as normal. Pretty neat! Basically gives you a choice of two primaries. It's affected by rifle mods too.
