You'll probably like loki when you get to him then. Nova might also be another good one, as you can sit back and prime things, then hit them for double dmg or use AMD to clear a room.
Rhino is kinda tanky (I've not actually tried iron skin post u18), but there are other frames that tank better like ice chroma - though that requires a shitload of maxed r10's

I have Madurai in my frame and got a Vazarin from a sortie and I try and put the Vazarin lens on a weapon but it says it'll destroy the existing lens despite it being in a different slot.

Negative duration no longer has any effect on Miasma other than decreasing damage so you can't use it as a nuke; her other abilities are still shit but were 'reworked' so you can use them to deal more damage with a Miasma cast (which is still nowhere close to the damage you could get with a min duration build in the past).
