I don't play Disruptor that much but you want to max Glimpse first because that's the skill that defines your hero. Use it on heroes that are trying to run, use it on heroes that blink (cast Thunderclap on them first because it provides vision), and always use it on people who just TP'd in because it'll send them back to fountain probably. When you're going to push a tower, just hide out of vision and Glimpse the fuckers when they TP in, it has TWO THOUSAND range and people in pubs will never adjust to you. Your usual combo is Glimpse, Ult the spot where they're going to reappear, and then Kinetic Field after to trap them.
Your not item dependent at all, build tranqs because you have next to no mana costs. Aghs is usually core because it turns your ult into AOE Doom but you can skip it for utility like force staffs and glimmer.
