Does anyone (or can anyone) edit the realistic survival damage mod to keep the enemies at 2x damage, but lower the player to 1x or 1.5x?

I like the increased damage on enemies, and the player not dealing pitiful damage, but I dislike that you now 1 shot everything. While it seems like a good idea, the AI is so bad that it's just unfair.

I think most people chose it because it's a meme faction. Eh... why? if you're going to play fallout 3 and have NV you may aswell. It doesn't change anything as far as the story of FO3 goes. You get the reload benches and a couple of the other mechanics that NV introduced, the game is more stable compared to FO3 and at the end of it you can take your character to NV.
If you have all the DLC there is literally no reason not to install TTW.
Is there any difference between Wasteland Whisperer and Animal Friend?

I get occasional lag spikes, but it runs fine mostly
Haven't even looked at the settings before because I was keen to start playing, I should probably lower them. I'm actually surprised that it ran with AA on and Anisotropic filtering, surely... That wouldn't work that well. I'm confused.

You go with minutemen in addition to any of the other three factions, going minutemen alone is acceptable but not optimal.
BoS means you're providing the Minutemen with more military technology, at the price of a really shitty government that will strip the rights of the common person and will not progress long-term (and that has been in decline for a long time), but will at least keep them very, very safe for a while.
Institute means you're providing them with synth support and a long-term plan for the future, at the price of many of those in power not really caring about the wasteland enough to use it as more than a giant laboratory- though it's possible that can be changed.
Railroad means you're freeing slaves (both synth and human) in addition to the Minutemen shit. It would be the dumbest option if not for destroying the other two major factions and still supporting the Minutemen, since it doesn't really do anything for the wasteland or humanity as a whole. The actual personnel of the Railroad are mostly dipshits but their cause is good.

Piper, Strong, X6-88, Codsworth and MacCready don't really go anywhere, they stay the way they started with zero development
Preston, Cait, Curie, Deacon, Hancock and Danse are okay, they have some character development, Cait stops taking drugs and start moving on with her life, Hancock will start being more active in Goodneighbor and so on.
Nick really is the only one who has a lengthy companion quest with a full-fledged character development arc.
Also the main quest pushes you to use Dogmeat, Nick and finally Piper, respectively.
What these stupid institute loving fags don't seem to understand is that synth's are inherently dangerous because they are designed to replace humans, either in the short term with abductions, or humanity as a whole in the long term. If they were simply designing intelligent robots it would be fine. They would be separate and both superior and inferior in their own ways. But the institute isn't designing intelligent robots, they are designing people replacers. And heck they aren't even designing good ones. They are intentionally keeping arbitrary human systems that have no need or purpose in a non biological being. They could easily build this "better humanity" they claim to be working on, but they don't. A good example of what a synth should be is Valentine. He's aware of his own condition, as well as those around him. He's naturally intelligent, durable, independent, compassionate, probably more energy efficient, has better longevity (?), he's as human as anyone else, but without the restrictions of flesh. Now look at other synths the institute has. They either think they are human to the point of delusion or violence, or are mind slaves to a bunch of nerds who hide away in a cave wasting their time, resources, and potential. If you want to build better people, do it. Don't waste your time molding it after a model that already failed.

Welp I cleared out most quests I could find, upgraded my shit the best its going to get upgraded and I found myself just running around the wasteland just to win around the wasteland. Here are some notes if anyone ever decides to go full on Commando-like playing(close-medium range take all the damage fuck everyone fuck sneak balls in)

This perk line is not worth investing points in. Early on when you have two Bash mods on a pipe weapon, this is great for low tier "titleless" enemies, moles, regular raiders, dogs, etc because it will one or two shot them saving you precious ammo thats a little rare/pricy EARLY GAME. Later on (level 20 or so) in the game where you get some advanced weapons, not a single one of them has bashing mods. Damage is also effected by your weapon type spec. IE as a Commando my automatic weapons were hitting harder with Bash than single shot or heavy weapons. I have yet to try this with Rooted.
Repeating again, Basher is not worth the perk points.
>Steady Aim
I wish I took this perk much sooner, it made hip firing 100 times better to run and gun. If you are heavy weapons or auto-fire type, get this ASAP

If you plan to do a low-tech run, IE Metal Armor, Raider Armor or Leather Armor... you want this perk line. Early on when stacking with Lone Wanderer its life changing on how much damage you can take. However, you wont notice it at all in Power Armor. Almost 90% of the game is Ballistic Damage

Invest in Blacksmith, Toughness, and Lone Wanderer, I was a fucking tank for my playthrough. Here was my stats for my melee character, please keep in mind Bobbleheads were planned out ahead of time. SPECIAL book went into AGI.
Once you get some Metal Armor(raider armor will do for awhile), Blacksmith, a rank or two of Lone Wanderer and Toughness it is easy street gaming. Also take some time early on as well to get the Survival Guide for x2 animal meat in Sunshine Co-Op

I've had a much better experience with a melee character than I did with my sniper or cowboy. It actually feels powerful and makes you face everything head on if you want to survive. Only problem I have is with turrets on top of buildings. Fuck 'em.

Most Mr. Handy's aren't inheritly self-aware, whatever that means. For whatever reason they're able to slowly grow sapience, as seen with Codsworth and Curie, but most don't. Almost all other robots can't even do that, and even then they reach a hard limit to what can be achieved (Captain Ironsides comes to mind).
Notice the railroad doesn't give a single hint of a shit about Gen 1s and Gen 2s. That's because they know they're simple machines, incapable of independant thought.
The Gen 3s, for all intents and purposes, are human. They grow, they age, they're self-aware or at least are self-programmed with enough excellence to achieve it on their own. Imagine if dogs were as cunning and capable as you. There'd for sure be a group that objected to keeping them in their position of lesser beings.
