There's nothing in the game, at least that I can think of, that wasn't designed with all classes and jumps in mid. Some may be harder than others, but if it's a legitimate part of the game's design, you should be able to make a gap with blink as well as triple jump

That's bullshit as well. Special ammo needs to be nerfed even further than it was. And invective needs to not regen ammo in crucible. Of course aim assist needs to be brought down but that doesn't address the fact that people are just using special weapons. Yeah, like I said a maximum of three (3) per character.
If you have 3 and trade 1 in, leaving you with 2, you'll be able to pick up 1 more order to once again reach the cap of 3 per character.
And yeah, it really sucks that they 'fixed' it because it ain't hurting anybody, but my inventory space, if I feel like sitting on 6+ orders for weeks on end.
With that said I'm still holding onto around 7 weapons I think because I'd rather get GG rolls on them than pick anything new up.
Still holding out for epic rolls on the Zariniae-D and Arminus-D I've been holding onto, especially in anticipation of next months Auto Rifle buff. No idea what perks I'm actually looking for on those guns to make them amazing though.

I personally don't like rolling auto rifles like machine guns (damage/ reload buffs on kills) as it doesn't really help with the initial encounter & the increase of the chance you get to win 1v2s is still really not enough for you to consider doing so.
That said, hakke autos don't really have a great option in the second perk slot outside of crowd control, so I guess that's what you want unless you like the idea of relentless tracker.
While counterbalance is good, maxing stability is usually enough and stability angle on autos is not as important as it is on pulses because you can pull your weapon to account for it while shooting much easier than you can with a pulse. Personally I'd either go for rangefinder to push the limits of where you can shoot, or if you really, really must 1v2, glass half full. Glass half full & crowd control have bad synergy with smallbore and braced frame due to giving you less powered up shots, so I'd roll them with high-cal, fitted stock or hand loaded. If you don't roll glass half full & go for rangefinder & crowd control, I'd go braced frame because top stability is so nice.

I don't understand how Bungie could go from Halo multiplayer, which was pretty fucking balanced, to Destiny multiplayer.
It doesn't take a genius to understand that spawning with sniper rifles/shotguns is the problem. If the weapons themselves were map pick-ups you'd see far less complaints about them. Instead Bungie is content to nerf both into the ground to the point where only auto rifles will be used.

The most baffling part of it is the fact they understood it with the heavy ammo, its essentially on the long spawn timer like rockets were. Then there are these snipers similar to halo except added autoaim. Then the shotguns that have more range and can flat out 1 shot and with sprint are 10x better than in halo. I know its more for fun than competitive but you have to draw the line somewhere.

The two in the same ROF archtype as MIDA are the Shadow which is a crucible drop and the suros DIS47 (which is on sale at the gunsmith this week). Actually, that's a lie, funny thing is that there are no other year 2 scouts in the 42/37 ROF/impact archtype, the only weapons that have the same impact (give or take 2 impact points) are the Shadow & DIS47 which both have 10 more ROF points, so they'll kill faster than the MIDA. The only scout in the same impact/ROF archtype that is also a year 2 weapon is Lampad SR4 which is a blue rarity scout. Of course, Tlaloc will shoot similarly as fast as MIDA, but considering that it is killing with one less shot, it won't feel the same in combat as you will win 1v1s much easier.
