Oh btw, Venenatis has a prayer drain attack that will drain based on a percentage of your prayer points REMAINING.
So basically just drink a prayer dose when you get below 20 points or so, and don't drink too much. Also means prayer bonus isn't too important, so feel free to take whatever cape slot item you feel like (maybe avas to keep rune arrows from bow spec). I just use ardy for looks.

I did it in full rune with a whip, dds, and swapped to red d hide body, rune cbow with broad bolts, and ava's for the 2nd and 3rd fight. Used super set and brought sharks. The only difficult part is the first one and getting the next two into the safe spot (and not trapping yourself).

If you screw up the safe spot the fat ass monster will block you so you can't get out. Luckily you're right next to the exit so if that happens you can always leave and try again. My first attempt the 3rd form/monster seems to aggro on the npc for a second which pulled it out of the spot and that's how I got stuck. The second attempt I screwed up safe spotting and trapped myself. I just fought the second form while stuck and managed to squeeze out when it was changed from 2nd to 3rd.
In short don't worry too much about getting trapped since you'll be right next to the exit. You'll just need to click the book and mash 1 to select the option to leave.

Long-time RS3 player here, with like 2425 total level in that game. I take hiatuses all the time with that game because I get burnt out easily and not enough quests come out, but I'm considering starting to play Deadman Mode because I really like the idea of it and 5x xp rates sound attractive. My question, however, is if run energy in your game ever becomes reasonable, or if you literally always end up walking to wherever assuming you don't have a teleport or plenty of energy pots ready. In RS3, at my agility level, I basically never walk anywhere other than during clue scrolls, for instance. If I could just get like ~95 agi or so and be able to run most places, I might actually play it considering I got 92 agi in a game without 5x agi xp, but if not, no way in hell.
