Yo New Mod Person Ashley, do me a favor and tell Almir to make AP slugs worth a fuck. The single piercing projectile just isn't worth it when:
A) a pellet shotgun can wipe out a group full of dudes without really trying
B) pellet shotguns don't need to aim nearly as much because they cover way more area
C) hipfire sniper rifles do a better job than an ADS AP shotty and that's depressing
D) it is such a huge pain in the ass to replenish AP slugs with ammo drops
Suggested fix:
Huge damage increase. And I do mean huge - I should be able to roll at least 200 with Shotgun Impact Aced and AP Slugs in a Raven. If you think this is an unreasonable request, consider that the R93 and the Nagant can do the same thing without any sort of specialization, parts customization, and have better ammo reserves. AP Slugs need to be comparable to the bolt actions, otherwise they're just not worth the investment.

Infiltator wins in pure strength for a Techforcer but Sociopath has the advantage of regen armor on demand. It can help avoid a dependency on waiting for armor to come back at a bad moment.

Lets so without the shark nozzle, shotguns have a very tight spread like they used to before the update. With the shark nozzle, they have gigantic spread like they currently do. The problem with making spread reliant on barrel mods is that it raises too many questions and causes too many problems.
1) What do silencers do to the spread?
2) What about the shotguns (Mosci, ect) that can't take barrel extensions?
Making spread type reliant on ammo type means that all shotguns can make use of them.
I mean, I'm ALL for barrel mods being more meaningful - currently the majority of them have the impact of a wet fart aside from silencers with Silent Killer/Professional. I just don't agree that they should be the go-to method of modifying pellet groupings.

It's my understanding that Flechette is already the go-to ammo for tight spreads, as it increases accuracy and range for the pellets. Ideally, the progression of ammo spreads should work like this (from smallest to largest):
1. AP Slugs
2. Flechette Ammo
3. Default Shotgun
4. 000 Shot
5. Dragon's Breath
The two extremes (AP Slugs and Dragon's Breath) have their own quirks to support them being extreme cases, and HE ammo is in its own special HE tier.
I'm not saying barrels/extension mods shouldn't have an impact on spread, mind you - I just feel like there's already a foundation to build upon for modifying the shotgun's projectile properties and barrels/extension mods shouldn't be the the basis of it.

Grenades travel in an arc. The lower Piglet sight compensates for that. It's the same reason the flipup sights for the GL40 push the viewmodel down. It's not complicated.

So, as always, we know that the two companies that only have one truck are possibly correct ones. If they're both the same color, it's luck/using the computer.
If you see any open crates on your way there, you can eliminate that color immediately. Voting cards have like, a 1/10 chance of spawning so you're highly unlikely to really get them.
And if you're more happy to play the odds, if one of your two potential trucks shares a color with an incorrect truck, we can assume it's not that one.
It has a pretty decent success rate, but obviously it won't beat the guaranteed methods. I'd say it improves a 50% chance to about 70%?

There are so many favours and so many assets to spend them on in the Golden Grin preplanning that I'm not quite sure what to use. Any tips for loud? Stealth assets seem pretty straightforward.

For loud, I always rock airlift exit; it makes the loot moving a lot quicker and easier, especially if you're lucky and aren't the only one not in the vault.
Other than that, all you need to spend it on are upgrades and some attachments, but prioritise upgrades since most attachments are sorta minor. The only attachment I really like is the mounted battery because it means you only have one cable to watch for instead.
