vsync doesn't work if you have a 120 or 144hz monitor. It caps at your refresh rate, not 60.
You can get around that with Nvidia, by making the vsync cap at half your refresh rate instead of at it, but not with AMD.

Any way to fix the screen shaking/stuttering problem? I fixed the mouse smoothing/acceleration and set ipresentinterval to 0 in all the .inis but I'm still getting the problem. It's worst when I'm sprinting or turning.

Two projectiles doesn't seem to actually double the damage, but you're right it's probably better when you can't kill them in one shot.

you might also need a console command to set the area as cleared.
can't remember exactly what it is.
i also no-clipped outside the walls and placed the workbench in the void so it doesn't look out of place.
i guess you could use set position console commands to place it neatly if you wanted.

Eggs are incredible, there's so much you can do with them.
Try this out, it's a little extra work but it's worth.

No, actually it is worse than Fallout 3.
In Fallout 3 you have two factions waging war to control DC: Enclave and BoS.
In Fallout 4 you have three factions doing jack-shit.
Institute has no purpose except replacing humans with synths with no agenda other than that. They just get random wastelands and replace them with synths, they don't want to dominate, they don't make the synths sleeper agents or anything, they just want to replace people with synths for no purpose.
BoS wants to DESTROY technology instead of wanting to hoarding it, sending their scribes to study the technologies in the Institute (not only the synth technology) and making the BoS even more technological superior than everyone else.
The Railroad are the only ones with an actual motivation in the game that aren't complete retards.
Fallout 3 may be shit, but at least the motivation of the Enclave and BoS makes sense, unlike Fallout 4.

At the very least you're probably going to need the +max HP and DR from END and the Energy Resist from PER.
Blitz + Moving Target in AGI is straight-up one of the best sets of modifiers for a melee build since being able to just VATS sprint to close distance with big survival buffs is borderline essential against groups of enemies.
Alternatively you could spend hard into stuff like Sneak and Ninja and kill everything with VATS Sneak attacks - the build takes longer to get rolling with though since early sneak is so hard to use.
