B41 is meh. Explody doesn't do much considering how big her beam is initially. Ammo cool down on ammo stations is worthless and that leaves bomb squad which is OK. The other card has drilled which already makes it better plus it has defenses reacting slower and mix that with her speed and she can easily zip around without worry. Repair tool is just OK.

you only have to win 1 for the bonus, the others you can just play
also they just said on the stream that you do have an elo "public skill rating" which is your score per minute for the last 15 games that you played 15 mins in, which will be increased to 25 games and in the future exclude games with less than 7 mins played. it will also consider your previous match if you stay on the same server for a while.

each player has their own elo rating, and each team's avg elo is used to figure out how likely that team is to win the match and points are added appropriately (more for close matched, less for stomps)
in MM its team vs team elo so cobalt with a silver averages out this way the cobalt doesn't get too gypped by his elo being way higher than other players and the silver can't get boosted by being carried to victory against higher ranks

Skyhammer will always be king since he's the only one who can down it in one go. Still Kira and Arty are great at preventing repairs. Hitting the sides of the EV with Arty will almost 2 shot it.

Well, there's only 2 types of people who play Skyhammer. Newbies who don't know any better which is 85% of them, and the experienced players who enjoy an infinite ammo M4.
Personally I like having at least 1 Skyhammer on my team for EV missions, but if you combine Arty, Skyhammer and Kira, it's a deadly force. Tons of area denial, repair denial and one shot ability for when it absolutely needs to go down.
Arty is my personal favorite.

I actually am friends with a level 18ish guy who mains sawbonez and is freakishly good but hes cobalt and has played in pugs and cups and stuff. Paradox of the Shotguns:
The Shotguns in DB are considered to be underpowered or not nearly as viable as the SMGs. This is the case in comp when most encounters are in mid-range with experts holding autos, whereas in pubs they are absurdly overpowered against shitters and pros alike. Pubs tend to toward more close-quarter combat in my experience except for certain maps. This allows the shotgun to completely blast through anything in its way. If i am correct, two well-placed shotgun blasts can easily dispatch anything that is not Rhino, one if close enough to a light merc. This causes frustration to the general public since they have barely any time to react if they suddenly bump into a shotgunner.
Most likely the biggest reason for this paradox are the pellets. There is a reason why I call these the RNG Cannons. The pellets arent in a patterned circle and instead flies in a random direction. So remember when I said "well-placed" blasts above? If the pellets cooperative, then yes they are well-placed. If not, then expect pitiful to half the damage you would expect. Even in mid-range if the pellets fly correctly, can demolish light-med mercs. It is frustrating, bullshit, and fortunate at the same time. Of course, this unreliability will never fly in comp.
So if the shotgun is considered underpowered and overpowered at the same time, how does one change it? If you buff the shotgun for comp, it'll make pubbies cry even more. If you nerf the shotgun, it'll be practically unusable in comp. So does SD listen to the general audience or the competitive players?
I think a complete overhaul of the Shotgun is in order.

Well I have Fragger, Sawbonez and Arty, so I suppose this new pack is more beneficial to me.
Starting to use Meme Eye more and more in Execution mode (play x round missions only)
Smoke in the right situation comes in handy and having a mobile spotter is nice plus for some reason I just really mesh with the Dreiss.
Next rotation will be fun but also fucked. On the one hand Fletcher spam will nerf my smoke but on the other I will be able to counter some key mollys if I play it right.
It's also fun to use an "offbrand" character for once, gives me a bit of a challenge.

It's 500 credits per day to complete the match and the play x rounds missions are usually 750-1000 credits and I want to buy Fletcher next so I need money. Also it's a pretty good source of gamemode/support xp for those missions and since it saves by round if I only need a tiny bit of a certain XP I can jump in for a round or two, top it off then bounce.

You have 4 stokers wildly throwing their mollies everywhere, blocking whole objectives and such. In fact, if your team happened to not bring/teammates refuse to switch to a Nader or Fletcher (which I haven't seen a lot of actually), then you're fucked since they can just take turns throwing mollies on the objective.
You have Redeye wildly throwing smoke everywhere, blocking teammates view and being overall a faggot. In fact, half of them didn't even use their IR goggles and just randomly shot through the smoke. At least for Vasilli, beginners can just randomly throw a sensor and be a little helpful. But in this case, bad Redeyes are just plain awful hinderances.
Because of these bullshit, I have seen a severe lack of medics now. Barely any team has a medic since they're so busy wanking off to Stoker or Redeye. So you see more people crying about no medics even though their shit is what's causing it.

If the molotov makes a direct impact, you're almost guaranteed to die if you have 100HP or less. I've managed to escape several times as Nader, but the vast majority of times end up me burnt to a crisp right on the periphery as I try to make a mad dash out.
