Yea they have no record to prove they could hang globally with EU, but they're still probably NA's best chance. IBP beat the 2nd-best EU team in the world and consistently shit on C9, who only did better internationally because to quote both DaZed and Hiko (former players on both teams) "C9 got really lucky in group stages and won games they shouldn't have".

During prac Steel got pissy that some members were ignoring some of his calls/commands (predominantly Moe) and he made it clear that it should stop, and it did.
They do have different philosophies though, which is part of the reason Steel left IBP back in the day. Neither of their ideal teams consists of the other, but they're still friends.
