Not him but here are my thoughts on the demo that you posted.
General
- Your crosshair placement is bad. You have to place your crosshair at headshot level at each corner where you might run into an enemy.
- You're trying to bunny hop but you're not consistently hitting your jumps so you're not really gaining any speed; hence, reaching corners slower than just running normally. If you insist on bunny hopping, I would recommend practicing on bhop servers and not in MM.
- I noticed that you had the habit of upgrading your p2k into a five seven during buy rounds. Since you are using the M4A4 instead of the M4A1-S, you could have put that $500 into buying utilities (a smoke or two flashes).
- Learn when to use your utilities. You died a few times during the latter T rounds while you had a flashbang out.
Round 2
- Two of your team mates bought SMGs and shotguns after losing the pistol round. While I understand that it's hard to coordinate buys in lower rank PUGs, there are times where you have to take initiative and call for an eco or a pistol force buy.
Round 3
- You wide peeked mid without any armor so you got fucked by aim punch. I would recommend holding corners when on an eco and wait for the enemy to come to you, especially if you are using default pistols.
- Some of your team mates bought SMGs again.
Round 4
- Good job at setting up a crossfire with your team mate in banana. However, you could have done a better job on holding the rush by using the flashbangs that you bought.
Round 5
- You wide peeked T ramp and exposed yourself to more than one enemy. Try to practice peeking so you only expose yourself to 1v1 angles when going aggressive.

- You didn't check T ramp properly when you went aggressive to mid.
- You also turned your back on banana when you went back to B at the start of the round. Be concious of this and retreat while facing where enemies can appear especially if your team mate isn't covering your back.
Round 7
- I understand what you were going for on this round; however, deep banana smokes need to be thrown by team mates from spawn.
Round 8
- Your team mates bought P90s, scout and an AWP. You could have bought armor and a better pistol to be more effective since you had the money.
- You also pushed banana by yourself. I understand that it worked out well for you since you managed to get some kills; however, it would have been better if you asked your team mates in B to cover you.
Round 10
- Your team mate walked into your crosshair which caused you to lose control of the angle for a moment but you still managed to get the kill.
- You attempted to re-peek but an AWPer was already holding the angle. Here are a few things that you could have done instead: ask your team mate to flash banana before attempting to re-peek; retreat towards basket and setup a crossfire with your team mate in sandbags.
Round 11
- Two of your team mates went aggressive to control car in banana; however, you didn't help them and just stood on the corner. Were you doing other stuff at this time?
Round 12
- You were holding a very exposed angle.
Round 13
- You ran past an enemy hinding behind a smoke. The smoke was placed a rather unusual place so putting some bullets into the smoke wouldn't have been a bad idea.
Round 14
- You should look towards window/second mid when moving from boiler towards back alley because a T could be holding from T apartments.
- You made a lot of noise when you rotated through speedway (people in banana can hear you). Since your team mates were not engaged with the enemies in banana yet, you could have simply walked or ran through CT spawn.

- You ran through mid with your knife out during the pistol round. You could have been picked off if there was a CT holding mid.
Round 18
- You could have smoked off banana when the two CTs rotated there and held from site after your team mate in car died.
Round 19
- The CTs were making a lot of noise when they rushed banana but you didn't react on time.
Round 20
- You commited to the engagment from mid to banana by wide peeking from an angle where you can't retreat if you missed your shots.
Round 21
- You had the right idea of punishing the CTs that kept pusing banana but you didn't have the gear for it. Your attempt on round 22 was more successful.
Round 23
- At this point the CTs are already predictable: 2 in A while 3 people push banana. You could have just smoked banana and pushed A aggressively while leaving one team mate in T ramp to pick off the people pushing.
