F Mk XII is a 1942 plane but only 100 built.

Because contrary to popular belief, the Cl-13 is pretty shitty. As is the F-25. Having .50s at that tier is absolutely useless in this game. The amount of time you have to keep on target is just way too long with how fast the combat is. That's one of the main reasons the F-2 was the best jet in the game for so long, you only have to shoot a small quick burst to take our your target.

If you can get around the side/back of your opponents, yeah.
Light tanks (besides the skilldog) are super fucking niche and not really cohesive to the extremely small, close quarters maps where most of your opponents will be driving heavy tanks that you can barely pen.
Should I just continue with flight performance upgrades?
After getting the compressor I've started killing more shitters and teleporting behind them effortlessly. I imagine the engine will be useful too. And the hispanos are working fine.

tempests suffer from massive stock syndrome, they're pretty fucking good once you have all of the flight performance upgrades. But you NEED engine injection and 150 octane fuel ASAP.
Unless the default belts are actually unusable always go for performance in planes

I've never really liked ShVAKs for some reason.
Russian cannons in general just don't feel right to me, and I can't really place why. They're powerful, accurate and have plenty of ammo, but they just feel off. Maybe it's the sounds and effects.
What are the Russian stealth belts again? Been ages since I checked. I use stealth on pretty much every weapon in the game because I find tracers unreliable and make me aim worse.
