What about some way to access tanks and planes that are arbitrarily locked behind the grind system, is there a way to do that? The content, most of it at least is all in the game files already, its just the grind and the currency that locks it away, if there was a way to bypass that I would be really happy.

Bearcats used to be good but they've had a nerf and are now once again N1K food, and you'll pretty much always fight Japan so enjoy. Tigercat climbs well but maneuvers like a brick making it nearly impossible to actually shoot anything down. F2H is fun and pretty good unless you're in a 9.0 match (guess where the MM usually puts you). The F9Fs are like worse F2Hs at a higher BR.

Many planes burn fuel significantly faster than the stated time due to WEP, the late spits will go through 20 minutes in about half that.
I used to always take full fuel load in the F-84 back when airfield strafing was a legitimate strategy (base AAA is pretty much guaranteed death post 1.53), the stock F-84 is awful but I could just fly around the map until the meteors ran out of gas and landed and then i would kill them.

On a biplane, yes. Those are struts that keep the wings from breaking apart, since biplanes are made of extremely weak/lightweight material.
On every other plane, those "wires" are radio/radar antennae, not structural. Back then, planes either had those, an array on the nose/belly/top, or they literally had a spool inside the tail that they'd stream behind them like a banner while in flight, and reeled them in before landing. They don't have a hitbox in WT and they serve no gameplay purpose outside of aesthetic accuracy.

I just started playing Russian tanks at 4.7 and we've been getting crushed routinely, mostly by hordes of the USA 76mm tanks at 5.0. So I switched over to USA 5.0 and I've been crushing slavs. In the past playing 5.0 USA meant every match was against panther/tigerspam but now it seems that the USA is normally teamed with the Germans against the Russians. I think there was just a shift in players which closed the 5.7 German black hole and now we're finding that under more appropriately matched conditions the German and especially US tanks are just better than the Russian counterparts.
I wouldn't expect there to be any changes at the 3.3 slav-domination BR but I'm fine with that as it's where I make all my GE with wagers.

It was REALLY BAD the first day, literally dying to invisible tanks sitting in the open just meters away. Unplayable.
Since then I think they must have fixed it back to the way it was before the patch. I haven't been killed by any "invisible" tanks, I've not noticed any tanks popping in and out of visibility, you can "peek" around corners to check for enemy tanks in RB with the 3rd person camera, etc.

In my experience, it happens like the old patch. Tanks being visible/invisible depending on your zoom or if they're shooting. Invisible tanks around the corner are less usual than before.
Planes got vision changes regarding "spot the dot", being those dots bigger and more distinguishable. Allies cant be seen past 12km. Hit detection got some changes, getting less sparks as result but some people see some planes warping/rubberbanding
