Aura is originally a novel, not a manga, and it's a famous one, dunno about the anime, since it seems it cut a lot of parts.
the Chuulove thing was based on it, but Aura is more dark because the girl gets bullied for her chuunibyou, it's also much better written, since the narration actually makes you believe the girl has powers and shit before revealing it's all in her head.
