Kimomen Demo Harem Guild made me cum the most (close to 20 times at this point).
Pretty much every Bishop game is solid fucking gold, best over-all company for sure.
Kangoku Senkan 2 and orcsoft games have extremely hot art and mindbreak.
However, the best nukige I've ever played, overall, is Sei Shoujo, pic related. All five girls are pretty hot, the mindbreak takes a long time (14 scenes usually out of 28, half a route is mindbreak) and has multiple perspective changes to give great insight into the girl's corruption. The CG artist is really good, the game is widescreen... it's pretty much great in every way. My only complaint is that the Idol character didn't sit well with me at all but that's a personal problem. Watching the "honorable" and serious girl surrender to lust is EASILY the most arousing thing I've ever witnessed in a nukige, it was just so fucking thorough, Lilith and Miel tend to end up with a "buhiii cock is so good cant live without it buhiii" but Sei Shoujo was so much more nuanced and.. agh, it was just great. One minor thing that adds a lot is the MC is a really laid back dude who drinks a lot of alcohol, he doesn't violently rape girls while screaming about chinpos and whores, he's just real chill.
Honorable mentions: The game "Hoshizora no Bablyon" may be on a comparable level but I dropped it due to so much difficult sci-fi plot which overwhelmed me at the time. The game "ma-ko hunter" is pretty much as good as pic related but is a bit worse in just about everything (side-characters are given 0 depth, a main heroine route focuses entirely on fetishes I don't like, the routes are shorter, etc). And of course, Chijoku no Seifuku/Mesu Kyoushi 3/Kyouiku Shidou are all equally good games that fall below Sei Shoujo solely due to minor problems (airbrushed art, mostly 4:3 games, less post-mindbreak scenes than sei shoujo, protagonists are always dicks).

I am the 6.9. I don't think Harem Guild is actually a "good game" per se - it doesn't have the art, quality of writing, or just plain length/high resolution that Sei Shoujo does. But, it gets RIGHT into the good stuff and hits you hard with it so its's good for opening up and skimming through a scene or two for a quick fap. I've fapped to it so much simply because it's so simple to open and fap to. If I wanted to fap to Sei Shoujo or a Bishop game I'd feel compelled to navigate through the mindbreak or somesuch, but with Harem Guild I can just pick a scene and have at it.

Can anyone tell me why my VNR will stop working during the sex scenes in RJ153925? I tried using ITH instead but that just can't seem to hook the game reliably at all. Sentences break, it'll only take 1 in every 3 or so lines and sometimes it will only take a random moonrune from the middle of the sentence so nothing actually works.
