Right. It means nothing. Which is why Sen is the leader, because he understands this. I like to think I understand this as well, but I was too close to the drama, try to get my point across and it did nothing. I was trying to balance friendships and disputes and what I felt was right, trying to make everyone come out the other end as little damaged as possible. In the end I realized I couldn't have everything I wanted, so I gave up the 2 things most conflicting and stressful on me, which was "the circlejerk" and being leader. Now I have a few close friends from the crew I talk to on steam more than we play GTA together, and I have been much happier since.
Going forward, you post your name, you get into the crew. You will be kicked for crew killing or other bullshit, obviously. But if you don't like someone, mute them, block them, ignore them, or leave the crew yourself. This is a crew for anyone that comes to discuss GTA in this thread, we don't all agree, we aren't all friends, some of us hate each other, some of us are racist sacks of shit, some of us are more open minded and can't stand that shit. When you buy a gun, it ticks a value and sets it to true on your character that says you own a specific weapon

heres the problem actually, you drop a gun, but you pick it back up, might not retick the true value unless the weapon has your name attached to it in another value, that way you can't be level 1 with some moron dropping an RPG on you

I know that seems like the obvious, sensible solution, but you'd be surprised, especially with massive projects that have been developed for years (like GTA), how cruft can build up and seemingly sensible solutions to simple things like this can actually be a lot more complex given the existing codebase.

Set up a little kiosk outside the police station where you can press E to choose a weapon to turn in. Give it a nice big "Are you sure? I use the human shaking thing and set it to 4 and 20% and I usually do at least 4 camera points to adjust between camera pans. I tend to slow it down to 5% if they are really hard and then speed it back up later so i can easily add more camera orientation points. I mostly do free camera and I typically use the linear path movement. Smooth is waaay too chaotic for my taste unless youre doing long open area pans.
This game is in serious need for more land area to explore and do missions in.

Skip to 4:00 where he shows you how you use multiple points to move a position form one place to another.
You think of it as point a and point z.
You make as many points in between that you need to in order to manually smooth out the movement so its not really extreme or dramatic but uniform. The more you can make it smooth and gradual, the more natural it will feel because thats how living things see the world. You turn your head and it gradually changes not dramatically like you whipped your neck around 100 degrees instantaneously. That one clip that i wanted to keep focused on lester's face used "move with lester" and rigid. Otherwise most of my shots are all linear or just dont manually from the multiple points. Linear is the lazy mode where you aren't turning too much but going in a straight path.

what I usually do is just have it always going and every 200 clips or so, I go through it real quick in clip management and throw out all the bad clips and put the good clips in a timeline and edit them like 6 a day or something and eventually I have enough to make something bigger.
