Not him, but real help is often shoddy at best. If you're not getting asspats from your friends, then you're getting asspats from your group therapy session mates. And if not from them, then from someone who's paid to sit and listen to you spill your guts while providing cognitive therapy which is just a fancy way of saying "I'm going to hear you talk and then tell you why your perspective is skewed and hope that it gets through to you." If that doesn't work, they'll tell you to try 'just being urself" in incrementally larger doses each day in the hope that that'll make you a productive member of society who doesn't want to die every other day. And if that fails, they'll just dole out the pills! The never ending supply of pills. So that instead of wanting to die, you'll simply feel emotionally dead.
Not to mention "real help" can be expensive as fuck depending on where he lives. Here in the states, I can think of plenty of people who need the kind of "real help" you're talking about but they can't get it because "real help" is only willing to be helpful if you've got the money for it. And even then, once you've paid, it's literally just someone listening to you and saying "you're wrong, here's why." If you have even one person willing to hear you talk, you can get that for free.
Therapy is a crock. Big pharma is an even bigger crock.

At the very least, glyph energy stars for all its glyphs and glyph triple nemesis for enfeebling. When you get it, glyph restorative burst so it gives mp back as well as hp. Try to keep energy stars up at all times, so the moment you can cast it again/it runs out, recast it. Same with triple nemesis. With the enfeebling glyph, it'll give whatever it hits an endurance debuff which is just great. When you're not keeping estars/triple nem up, cast restorative burst (glyphed for mp restoration as well) on as many people as you can at once. Also use your mana charge skill to keep everyone's MP up. It's a cycle of like, four skills. If you can do that, between just keeping people alive when their hp is low, your groups will love you.
As a priest, people are really only "chill" until they start wiping over and over again and decide it's your fault. Do the above stuff and you probably won't wipe at all unless your group is full of shitters who face tank everything.
