You don't have to get kills, even with QoP, to win mid. Try focusing on last hitting. Like really, solid farming mechanics will get you to 4k.
But if you want a quicker fix, try harassing with right clicks more, she's pretty good at that. Also, spam dagger, scream, get better at securing runes/bottle crowing to spam them out. You don't HAVE to get ult at 6.
