Anyway, it really depends on the element. I guess since it's SF4, Vega will have fire element, so you need water element team. Lancelot will be very helpful, but you also need good weapons/summon.

You'll probably want to work on LBing your characters before the event comes around however, getting both SSRs to at least 45 would probably be a good aim and that doesn't take too long. 55 would be even better.

It should be fairly easy to get the materials for the first two LBs for each, the scale might be annoying if you're unlucky, but even that should be alright. Just make sure to pay attention to what the dailies are, Today you can get the orbs if you don't have them, and tomorrow will let you grab the scrolls and books. You'll need a bunch of those over the course of playing, so you may want to run the dailies a few times just so you won't need to wait for them to come back around later on.

Not him, but I figure I could use some advice as well. I used the following:
- Zan
- Verlraine
- Kuscah
- Sh'berdan
- Sha'plar
- Korin
Zan and Velraine are my main damage dealers since they're the only ones with ice. Velarine is also the only one who can take 2+ of Leonidas' attack without getting maimed or outright dead.
Kuscah is healer, and Sh'berdan is there for extra healing and damage. I think I might replace him with Bonna since she has higher survivability, and if she can Petrify some mobs that would be nice.
Sha'plar is there since she's the next best mage I have outside of Lewto, which is useless in this fight. Korin is there for sword boost.
Other characters I have are Grace and Ra'prow (shit MDEF), Lewto and Daiana (useless), Leviathan (job 1 only), Kana, Ba'gunar', Burbaba, and Jaguna. Also Zerro^ which I just pulled.

I'd replace Shaplar since leonidas doesn't take much damage from any magic that isn't ice. Maybe with Grace since she is the strongest non-mage of your current bench

TB is a good game, is well paced, and has very few truly useless characters. It doesn't have a whole lot of events, though. There's usually some sort of draw event about once every month or two, so if you start playing you want to do a few pulls until you get a solid team to start with and then save up for when they do a 10 roll event that guarantees at least two higher rank characters. It doesn't have a ton of events like most mobage do, but there's plenty of content, the story and world-building is pretty good and the characters are great.
Chain Chronicle just finished a Demon Raid, which is one of the big CC events that happen about once every month or two. This week is basically a rest week, there's just a couple quick event quests that don't reward anything worthwhile. There are still some Gumi issues with it, but things have gotten better since v2 came out a few weeks ago. Rates are a lot better, so it shouldn't be as painful to reroll as it once was, though it's still advised to reroll for a decent 5*.
If you're not concerned about sticking to English only, you might look at GBF or BGHS. The former will have an English translation added to the JP version in March, and BGHS is pretty active around here and pretty straightforward.

Do the daily egg dungeon at least once a day. It's essential for getting grade up materials.
Grade up materials are hard to get. Save it for your favorite hero. Other than that, just fuse heroes until you get a full *6 team which usually attacker/support/support pr attacker/balanced/support

You can use your rubies for hero gacha but after a while you should save them up for stuff like gold or events. Just keep fusing 5star into 6stars to build your team. Save up eggs and golds and use them to grade up rares when you get them.
You also dont have to save up for premium hero draw x15. It seems to be more economical but they give you x1 premium hero draw for free every 2 days and after that free draw, they give you a discount on subsequent purchases with rubies that ends up costing you the same value (there's no bonus for buying the x15 batch, just a purchase milestone bonus)

Also people say that carsiana/nerphym is farmable but I've done the daily dungeons where you can farm them fairly often and have not seen them drop (been playing 2 month+). I'd say don't hesitate to get them if you ever get a rare hero selection. At grade 6, both nerphym and cars give you 30% bonus attack to everyone in the party by just being in it (they're rare hero support). You should be going for 1 attacker of your choice and 2 good support.

Only save grade ups for rares imo (in this case your michelle). Fuse away the 5* (or 4* too if you wish), even if you like the hero. You'll get that hero again in 6* draw/fusion eventually. Use the 3* and 4* (or lower if you're rolling in money otherwise sell) for enhance materials.
I don't have michelle but I've used her as an assist from the mbgg guild and her tag in attack is super strong. Usually enough to kill bosses in one tag in when she's powered up. I have demian but I don't really use him. He's defensive so not really that useful since you want to dodge and not get hit but his tag in buff IS strong but you'd be constantly tagging him out to your attacker so they can make use of the buff.

Kinda hard to compare, given CH31's odd difficulty spike and both Lucia 2 and 3 having some sort of gimmick to them.
Lucia 2 honestly isn't THAT hard, but features some enemy formations you'll be unlikely to oneshot unless you're rolling with the absolute best L90 parties there are, due to enemies amp'ing other mobs defenses to ridiculous levels until they move. Leonidas in particular starts out in a formation that's hard to oneshot without top teams and precise setup and that ends up granting him defenses of like...50k or so on the first turn? Don't remember, but it's basically a waste to target him while def-amp-mobs are adjacent to him.
Lucia 3 features some really fucking sturdy mobs, some of them being able to demoralize to make things worse. Literally EVERY danger you face in here, including from the boss, is physical damage though, so bringing either Evasion moves and/or defense stackers can make up a lot for not having a range of top tier attackers. It's another one of those maps Olber makes a complete joke. Considering all of the enemies are Sword types, it may also help to run a spear-team (Djugan, Kem, etc.) to begin with.

An extra 3 levels on your main attacker is far more substantial than the team bonus. You're improving the character's base attack which then get modified by all the percentage bonuses like runes or Nephrym.

You are still going to autobattle a lot, but mostly mats and story missions outside of boss battles. Bigger fights will require you to be aware of when boss will use ougi, trying to kick them from overdrive etc. And there's a shitton of management outside of battle

Luci and Baha give +100% light and dark attack respectively when used as leaders, 120% when at max lb, Grande gives you a 100% damage multiplier when your party contains characters of 3 or more different elements when used as a leader, 200% when max lbd. Their leader skills work even as supports. Their actives don't matter but are a party wide attack boost for luci/baha and hp drain for grande.

Narumeia is very technical but ridiculously strong.
Stance change gives her additional damage (70% of her normal damage) to enemy's weak element for 4 turns. She gets permanent attack buff from changing stances too and they stack up to 50%.
Houmatsu Mugen does up to 430k damage and gives her 25% DA rate up in Genji stance. In Kagura stance, it deals the same damage but reduces enemy's defence by their charge turn (+7% per charge turn, caps at 25%) for 3 turns.
Kyouka Suigetsu does slow and +5% mode gauge in Genji stance. In Kagura stance, it gives her 280% attack buff for normal attacks and 190% for ougi against OD enemy.
Her first passive buffs doraf and unknown race's attack by 10% and second passive reflects 99% of the damage received at about 5% activation rate.
Her biggest weakness is probably her low HP and stacked defence down from stance change, but her ougi in Kagura stance gets rid of the defence debuff and max LB Olivia could help increase her survivability.
