ok first of all you should choosing either power OR crit otherwise you're wasting damage potential.
For AP powertech people are recommending that you get about 800 alacrity and 110% accuracy before maxing either power or crit.
The way the theorycrafting is working right now is that people are saying power is better than crit in long drawn out fights (like OPs) but crit is much better for burst. I go crit. I haven't parsed yet but there are enough crit windows for my tactics vanguard that I think it's worth it.

You stack power or crit, because splitting them is going to reduce your potential damage. PTs/Vanguards have always need alacrity, this discussion is only taking place now because they have finally moved to top tier. Gearing for classes like Snipers and Sins is different and they have different min/maxing stats.
So without getting another debate about why power>crit or crit>power (because really the difference is about 1% from what I've read) just make that if you do start stacking one damage/heal stat, you stick with it instead of splitting. This is of course after you hit your minimum alacrity/accuracy stats.

But the stats from your gear pieces will also give you alacrity. When people crunch the numbers they're doing it for the highest rated gear. So if you don't have 220s + the set bonus, just focus on getting 110% accuracy with your augs and get like 5% alacrity and fill the rest with power/crit.
Just remember the majority of your damage and stats comes from your actual pve set pieces. If you have 216-220 everything you're already in a very good place. Augments and stuff are just sprinkles on an already delicious cake.

It would be a loss of DPS because your chance to crit + crit damage would be lowered and everytime you don't crit you do less regular damage because your power is lower.
If you go full crit, your chance of critting is much higher and your crits do ludicrous damage.
If you go full power all your attacks are just meatier overall, but your crits aren't potent, which some people say is a downside because of the huge crit windows PTs/Vanguards naturally get.

I think you just keep stacking crit or go like half crit half alacrity because your gear naturally has more crit than power. Debate is a little different for PTs/Vanguards because their gear generally has more power than crit.
Also because you do multiple instances of heals with a single ability usually your chances of getting tons of crits makes it more valuable. Which also means that dps dot specs also benefit more from crit than power/mastery

Depends on the particular Sith's preference.
Some Sith prefer overwhelming power, but since that doesn't leave much for defense, they wear powered armor. Also the choice if your Sith is heavily damaged from many fights and can't live without it anymore.
If he prefers surgical quick strikes, robes are a better alternative.

So, in game our protagonists assume that Valkorion is Vitiate's real body. But in the Sacrifice trailer, it's shown that when Arcann and Thexan were children, Valkorion had darker hair, implying he aged normally as a human would during his children's lifetimes. If that's the case, he can't be hundreds of years old. I'd say Valk was just another Voice/host/whatever that Vitiate was using.
