I feel like its always emotional for me, when the end of tournaments mean the end of me caring about Hearthstone. Its been a really fun couple years but after seeing the next adventure, going to do nothing, NA getting embarrassed in the finals and Rise of Asia coming soon, it seems like a good time to leave the game for good.
Will return if they ever make a game mechanic that enters the general ladder again.

2. You can minimize RNG by playing decks that have none of it except the cards drawn and that minimize even the card draw RNG by having a lot of card draw; for example freeze mage, rogue and patron which Ostkaka played like a God, especially the freeze mage.
