I don't think it settles worries, but people are getting angry for no good reason. From their answer to questions during the blizzcon panel it was very clear that, at least right now, they just don't know how new heroes would be introduced. Now this obviously leaves room for worry, because if they don't know it means they haven't settled on making all heroes free, which means they consider charging for them an option. Worrying is the correct response towards this game's paymodel.
They obviously are going to have to introduce new heroes at some point, I think. They don't seem to want to think about it right now though.

Wrong. If you watched Sacriel D.Va's whole gimick is that she doesn't die when the mech does, instead she is taken out of the suit.
The mech can then be recharged in 3-5 seconds, and in fact gains passively without even doing damage.
She basically has a built in rebirth mechanic, that seems to be her main form of survivability.

Tracer deals a LOT of damage at close range. Just use your recall shit repeatedly to annoy the shit out of the enemy, and when they send someone to fight you that's when you fuck them up. The only time you should be going in hard is if you see the enemy mercy by herself or when you have your ultimate up. The rest of the time your job is to be annoying and pick off Symmetra's turrets and teleporters.
