So the most efficient method for finding specific hair and face styles with a desired skill set and ability is this:

once you have the right look the checkpointing is incredibly quick, but can still take about an hour to get exactly what you want.
Side note, female soldiers can only earn distinguished service medals and medals of honour. defend an FOB with them to get a medal of honour, run cloaked in silence S-ranks using the supply drop method three times to get a distinguished service medal. service crosses are impossible.

There been any recent breakthroughs in the understanding of how the game generates Soldier/POW Aptitudes and Skills recently?
I think I've read that Aptitudes are based off MB Unit level. That so? What about Skills?
