i thought it was just me but someone else mentioned there seems to be a one-hit KO hitbox somewhere on the chest, maybe the heart? people get 1-hit kill chest shots with the M2000 which is bolt action but they hit people in the chest. i've had similar experiences knocking out enforcers in 1 hit with the mosin in 1 shot when it's supposed to take more.
