So I ended up getting the collector's edition just yesterday though Amazon and I was happy about the few cosmetic perks and the smaller-than-expected replica bionic arm. Unfortunately, I can't find any codes or instructions for downloading the cosmetic items (the gold skins and unique hat for MGO, also the Snake costume, Venom emblem, box skins, everything)!

You can do a model swap, but their heads will clip through the balaclavas. You could swap them with Medic's model, but they'll have either no gloves or surgical gloves.

Searchlights keep glitching out so that I can't see the beam of light, but they still function as usual.
I was able to develop all the Security Devices without finding the Blueprints for them.
Despite finding the Blueprint for the Guncam, there's no development icon for it at all in my Security Devices, not even the placeholder question mark.
I can't enter any of the labs in the Central Base Camp, despite having completed "Hellbound".
At least I haven't gotten the permanent Combat Alert glitch yet.
