I wonder if the arpeggio reward ships are temporary or permanent. Haven't read in much detail the news post, but It doesn't mention either case.
It does seems sketchy that WG would give away free crew-retraining ships so easily.
It wouldn't surprise me if they forgot to put up the disclaimer that they're temporary ships, only to pull off another terrible damage control stunt like with the humble bundle murmansk fiasco.
